All this because Newsom has a personal and political Vendetta with Musk. Newsom shouldn’t be in anyone’s political seat, if he’s doing shyt like this.
Are you incapable of reading?
Newsom has a brused ego.
Your TDS is kicking in? I hear it’s contagious
Personal vendettas got trump elected. Goose meet Gander..🤷♂️
I’m so confused. Is this actually why he’s doing it? Seems illegal to me haha
So the only EV manufacturer in CA does not qualify for the rebate. Sounds like CA does not want any EV business.
Tesla is not based in California. They are based in Texas, and thus most of their profits and taxes are paid in that state. California has several EV's manufacturers headquartered in the state. Rivian and Lucid come to mind. Besides, Rivian and Lucid vehicles are better EV's and have much higher quality control.
@@thejdgoodwin Tesla has these plants in California, Fremont and Lathrop.
@@michaelbailey5257 I know that. Tesla's headquarters is in Texas. They are registered as a Texas corporation. As soon as is convenient I'm sure Musk will move those plants to another state, and that's because California has stronger worker protection laws.
@@thejdgoodwin No, that's bc your Gouverneur is a political hack who threatens to treat companies, that are not in line with him politically, worse than others. Which is highly unethical and most likely illegal. It's perfectly fine for a company to move elsewhere, if their former homestate doesn't care to create an environment in which companies can flourish. You need to understand that Newsom, as part of the government, has a way bigger responsibility to be fair when creating incentives and policies than a private company just saying I like Texas better than California.
@@thejdgoodwin For sure, I have neighbor with a model S Tesla bought few years ago. They hit something on road causing damage to left front end wheel area. The car sat there for 8 months !!!! until finally Tesla repair advisor looked at it and deemed it total loss, which was so wierd cause rest of the car was fine. It was just not cost effective to fix the messed up front right wheel area and suspension. Hopefully other EV makers support their customers after market issues better.
Just move the 20,000 California Tesla Jobs to Texas.
Okay good, I will look for those houses
Kind of crazy for tax payers in California to subsidize Rivian (which manufactures in Illinois) but not Tesla (which manufactures in the Bay Area as the video mentions).
Both companies make expensive unaffordable electric vehicles right now. Should taxpayers be subsidizing them at all?
Stop lying. A Tesla is not unaffordable. Everyone owns one in California
@@geo5106 a new one is like 40k easily for the cheapest model without any rebates... they're just paying for the rich to buy new fancy cars
Crazy how many blokes wokies in california is driving Teslas around, probably with some regret now that Elon threw a lot of money to Trump. But still didn't waste as much as Kamala. Good got Kamala lost. And now Newsom is punishing Elon.
Second hand Tesla model 3 can be bought around $20k
@@InsighterofTech I'm making the median income in San Mateo County and we have two new Teslas. $40,000 is the typical price for a new Camry or Accord out the door. Just because some people can't afford that price doesn't make it fancy. A Tesla shouldn't be in the same class as a Civic
Is newsome trying to push business out of California?
Of course.
Tesla is already gone. He moved headquarters to texas
@@MEGATRON_1247 still have factories in fremont and lathrop.
Yes. Newsom doesn’t give a d@mn about California, he only cares about himself
MAGATS yes!
Recall Newsom again.
It would be funny if DOGE cuts Newsom's federal funds. 🤣
Be awesome. 😂 need to send a message. I got a jeep and guns and medical care kit...don't need this much socialism.
Just for this, I have to buy a Tesla
It would be funny if California cut the tax revenue it sends to the federal government
DOGE could make you homeless . That would be funny
@@EsotericBreakfastBuffet….stay uneducated…turnip 😂😂
I guess Newsom isn’t getting his customary cut 🤡
Your TDS is kicking in?.. I hear it’s contagious
More hate, what can go wrong ? Next step, Telsa double the price of the superchargers for non Tesla cars, it would be logical to mitigate the absence of any incentives on Teslas. Etc.
And the state of California regulates the lines that power those stations. Tesla can't just raise the price of their supercharger stations without risking getting shut down. They are on California's playing field and have to play by our rules.
@@thejdgoodwinCalifornia still buys a lot of its power from neighboring states. If CA plays that game you may have to break out the Coleman camping stove on brown out days. CA is a large state with influence, but the Feds are bigger.
@@HitsTownUSA One of the hallmarks of the Grand Old Party is their championing of states' rights. In light of states' rights, do you believe the federal government should interfere with California's goal of providing incentives to California citizens for supporting California-based corporations? If so, how do you reconcile this with states' rights?
@@HitsTownUSA As an aside, my home produces more than 150% of its electricity usage on an annual basis via rooftop solar. Even during storms our power never goes out. Yes, even at night.
@@thejdgoodwin If you were to itemize the amount of money the state gets from Elon having that massive assembly plant in Fremont, plus the 22,000 workers at that plant then add in the sub contractors in the Bay Area directly affected by that plant it is huge income to the state. So do you believe Tesla should be shunned from the states program?
How about those who have money buy Tesla cars on there own? Bring down cost of living for those struggling in California
Exactly
This will get overturned in court. Simple as that.
Elon should give CA citizens $7500 off the cars. Meanwhile, Newsom helping CA flip completely red.
hey as long as you clowns think you can flip california, more power to you BAHAHAHA
@BoCaine don't tread on us. Be careful what you wish for. Only one of the sides has more guns and a separatist movement.
Meanwhile you guys cutting cut ✂️ off 🍌 and flipping into sideways hot dogs 😳
How much of your paycheck goes in Musk’s bank account?
Why do you people elect children?
For 21 years!
Yall fr expecting newsom and the California government to be nice after everything Musk and Trump said about him and the state?? Oh but if it was Harris trying to state a business is Texas after bashing the state left right front and center and expecting Abbot to be nice too. THIS IS WHY CEO’s shouldn’t be involved in politics
Just give me a physical key to start cars again
Here's an idea: the current EV tax credit has an MSRP price cap of 80k for vans, SUVs and trucks, 55k for sedans and for used vehicles 25k.
Set the price cap much lower to encourage companies to make lower cost EVs instead of having tax payers subsidize luxury vehicles.
what a clown
Nice try but people will still buy Teslas because they are simply the best. People buy iPhones like crazy even though there are cheaper alternatives. The best is the best whether it is a car, a phone, or anything else.
BAHAHA
Why should EV's have incentives. Unfair to the rest of drivers . We pay a gas tax and gas fire not as hazardous to you environment, harmful for firefighters. Is the a special fire tax on EV's. There is no safety equipment to alert or extinguish of an electrical fire.
Warning Safety Hazard label.
Thank God for Gavin Newsom, and God bless the great state of California.
you are high.
@@ThomasNguyen-qw6ro I'm a former Floridian living the good life in Northern California.
Who is the fascist ?
Trump. Trump is the fascist.
Tesla "not qualifying" is a recipe for a massive lawsuit. This is a plaintiff action I'm looking forward to!
The State of California could restrict this to ONLY auto manufacturers based in California as a way to stimulate California business, and increase the tax base. Tesla is based in Texas. They would be disqualified, and I'm good with that.
California bids Elon out of the state. Good riddance.
along with the 20,000 jobs in Fremont
@@kennethpereyda5707 Those jobs were tenuous at best due to Musk's attitude toward unions. Stimulating EV manufacturers headquartered in California is the way to go. Those companies pay more taxes in California and this would increase the state's tax base. Newsom has a winning plan here.
@@thejdgoodwinAnd you think those California based EV manufacturers will be state loyal as they grow and realize they can relocate to a low tax state? Chevron, Oracle and Tesla have moved out of California and so will any future company when they see the benefit on a large enough scale. Greed has no allegiance. All I know is 22,000 jobs will be on the chopping block sooner rather than later if Newsome continues this personal vendetta
@@HitsTownUSA Apple. Nvidia. Alphabet. Meta. Broadcom. Visa. Netflix. Salesforce. Wells Fargo. Cisco. Adobe. Advanced Micro Devices. None of them need to be loyal, yet they are still in California. Why? When I was a kid California, if measured as its own country, had the 10th highest GDP in the world. Today? It has the world's 5th highest GDP. But how could this be if there are other states with lower corporate taxes? Is it just possible there are reasons other than taxes to remain in any particular location? Please explain that to me.
Thats same thing as the EPA not letting him fly rockets. They say gavin did not balance the budget we are way over, so the EV rebate will be borrowed money if it even happens
All those abandoned refrigerators at his dealerships..well played
Newsom said he wants green job for California but actually harm Tesla, the only green car maker hires Californians
Rivian is HQ in Irvine CA....from wiki: "Rivian is based in Irvine, California, with its manufacturing plant in Normal, Illinois, and other facilities in Palo Alto, California; Carson, California; Plymouth, Michigan; Burnaby, British Columbia; Wittmann, Arizona; Woking, England; and Belgrade, Serbia.[8][9] Rivian has plans to build another US$5 billion factory in the US state of Georgia, in Social Circle, Georgia."
Honestly i feel right now e commence among other sectors are expected to really see growth but who know i might be wrong, These days the market is filled with surprises.
Got it! Buying coins during a recession when prices are down could be a good move. You might get them at a lower price and sell them later when the price grows high.
You should know it's easy and hard to make that much profit. I say EASY because it's very possible to make that much, and Hard because you'll need professional assistance to do it, I'd suggest you get assisted by a market advisor.

I'm an advocate for having a diverse investment strategy. I grew to a 6 figure mark with my portfolio having exposure to different areas of the market, including small and large-caps of the ETF index, blue chip stocks, coins, grade bonds and alternatives like cryptocurrency markets, as this helps manage the overall risk on my portfolio managed by my FA.. Credits to my adviser, Jonathan, i have no doubt investing more
Governor Newsom is an economic genius and deserves to be the next president. He could have been president except for the lady’s first policy of Biden.
he deserves nothing
Shut Tesla California factory down! Give Elon Musk black eyes 😂
No one wants Apteras toy space car.
Money will solve it ❤
My previous 2020 Model 3 was terrible. Sold it at a pretty big loss due to major depreciation and Musky Elon dropping prices left and right. I’m no longer a fan of Tesla nor fElon. I got a Hyundai Ioniq instead which has been running great.
Lol
Elon will move Tesla production to DC
Elon said multiple times he hates California and wants all his company to move out BUT he won't certified 🐔. Now crying about this money is non issue nothing different then what Florida did with Disney. Whocares 🤷🏻
It's like after the war when they built more highways than railways to monopolize a market. Who is paying for it today? We, the working-class tax-payers.
🤣😂
Elon bitching about Newsom but not his oranged faced friend is great.
Sounds like someone still has TDS.
