Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge - Ahsoka Tano The Clone Wars Legacy Lightsaber Review

- Join me as I review the Ahsoka Tano Clone Wars Legacy Lightsaber line from Star Wars Galaxy's Edge in Disney Parks.
This lightsaber is inspired by the saber used by Ahsoka during the events of The Clone Wars featured in The Clone Wars Series which is currently available on Disney+.
Set between Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones and running up to the events of Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge Of The Sith, the Clone Wars follows the events of the war while introducing a number of new characters. One of the most popular (though initially divisive) characters was Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker's Padawan throughout the series and voiced by Ashley Eckstein.
Ahsoka quickly developed her own following and is now, mostly, a fan favourite. She came back in Star Wars Rebels and has made the leap from animation to live action with Rosario Dawson playing her character in The Mandalorian and there is only going to more with her own Ahsoka series due to start streaming soon.
These were the first Lightsabers wielded by Ahsoka, originally with a green blade colour before being 'upgraded' by Anakin to produce a blue blade like his own lightsaber. Ahsoka used these lightsabers through her adventures which included fighting and defeating Darth Maul and surviving Order 66 and the Jedi Purge.
I think Galaxy's Edge have done a really good job at replicating these particular lightsaber hilt designs but let me know what you think and which design is your favourite - the shoto blade or the longer blade!
I think these are perfect editions and a credit to the Skywalker Saga.

Ahsoka is easily my most favorite character and her clone wars lightsabers are just iconic at this point.
100% I would not be sad if she decided to abandon her white curved design and rebuilt this design - she could keep the white kybers but go back to her roots. The last scene of Vader holding the main one of these breaks my heart every time I watch it

Oh I agree, I was in shambles when he held her lightsaber for the last time. It’d be the last time he ever held a blue one.
My favorite as well. These were my first sabers I bought. Very happy with them.
Flew to the US and got these whilst in hollywood studios, had the same issue with the colours switching back to blue (most notably after swinging it)
Changed the batteries and that also fixed it for me, glad its not the hilts themselves!
The disney batteries suck balls and one of mine was actually stuck to the compartment and had to be painfully ripped out, switch them as soon as you can!
Yeah after this I heard from quite a few people that their batteries from Disney were a disaster! Glad you got yours fixed!
In box they come with very bad and old batteries always a good idea to change them before getting worried worked for me when I bought them last week you’ll notice the difference right away. Either way great review as always
Yep the battery swap fixed my problem straight away. The LED brightness and also the switch from green to blue sorted themselves. Not had it with any of the others so must just have been older batteries thankfully. Won’t lie; the panic set in HARD 😂

So changing the batteries definitely sorted them? Just brought them from galactic outpost and got to my hotel room to find the same issue, don’t want to fly home before sorting the issue!
Yeah the batteries 100% sorted the problem so don’t worry. The old Disney batteries are rubbish; I’d change them in any saber you get 👍

I’m going to Galaxies edge in a couple weeks. Do they normally have these in stock or are they hard to get?
Yeah they still have these and they were reduced a few weeks ago but that might not be running still. Shouldn’t be any problem getting these - it’s the Ahsoka rebels ones that are hard to get hold of

Wasn't the shoto blade yellow?
It was originally but then it went to just two green and then two blue I believe - the hasbro force fx version has the yellow setting...but only one saber instead of actually having a shoto

Im going to Disney in a few weeks and was planning on getting these Ahsoka CW sabers along with Anakin's or Vader's saber, are these worth their price?
These Ahsoka ones are 100% worth it. They look great, sound great, have decent motion sensors (for GE sabers at least). They’re also the only hits that have two colour settings
If it is a choice between Vader and anakin sabers I’d recommend the anakin one. The Vader hilt looks good but the electronics are awful, whereas the anakin one looks good and has pretty decent electronics. I’ve done a review on both if it helps but for this there’s no question - must have 😊
Do the blades come with yhe hilt, if not where did you get them? I would like to know where to get them
No the blades are sold separately. You can buy them from shopdisney online now but when I made the video the only way to get them was through a bundle or by going to galaxy’s edge parks
