This video reminds me a lot. I am from Pakistan and I got the opportunity to visit India. The people are nice and warm. Also tasted the Pav Bhaji and Bombay Biryani.
Once i wanted to make pav bhaji but couldnt find a recipe. i mashed together tomatoes peas and potatoes with some masala spice and butter. mmmmmmm tasty
Being an Indian, one thing I don't like about Indian street food is that most of these are spicy even when there's no need of spice. Still love Indian food.
For those complaining of the prices of panipuri The place is known as ELCO panipuri. All the chutneys here are made with mineral water. The area rent for the shop won't be less than 3-4 lakhs a month. The richest people in the country and Bollywood actors live in the vicinity to it. They charge you for the experience and not the food.

For vegetarian India is heaven sister. Our food and language change with every 10 km because India is a diverse country. More than 30% ( 420 million) are vegetarian of total population of India so obviously we have a good no. of veg food with different spices.

Yusuf Omar it's not that I'm inadventourous its just facts. I tried many different foods when I travel, I just make sure it's being made with sanitation in mind. If you want violent diarrhea then go ahead lol, I've learned my lesson dealing with street foods so I'm just warning other travellers :)
People commenting about how unclean this is. You dont know what happens behind your KFCs & MacDonalds. I worked at very large pizza enterprise, in busy days, you have to prepare orders really fast. Some toppings would fall and we'd pick them up from the floor, n put them on that pizza. Its just how it is in formal restaurants
I would definitely prefer those street food to any fast foods as they would be more homemade with really authentic ingredients and much less additives or anything in that range.

Yusuf Omar it's not that I'm inadventourous its just facts. I tried many different foods when I travel, I just make sure it's being made with sanitation in mind. If you want violent diarrhea then go ahead lol, I've learned my lesson dealing with street foods so I'm just warning other travellers :)

People commenting about how unclean this is. You dont know what happens behind your KFCs & MacDonalds. I worked at very large pizza enterprise, in busy days, you have to prepare orders really fast. Some toppings would fall and we'd pick them up from the floor, n put them on that pizza. Its just how it is in formal restaurants
