He should REALLY have a 'shield' around the edge of the tawa to prevent all that food from flying everywhere when he stirs it....it's painful to see all that waste.
Many vendors do indeed use them but not this guy.
May be he wants others to watch him cooking.

With people watching and also filming I guess he wanted his hand movements to be little more rougher and quicker than usual in a way something like showing off what he could do to look cool.

I was fearing for his fingers as he was cutting as that knife must be incredibly sharp, but he's an expert however... I love how he dips the bread to get the juices up, must smell amazingly delicious and must taste incredibly delicious, yum yum.

First time I saw someone cutting tomatoes like that, I'm definitely gonna try doing that technique. But to be honest thats a lot of wasted food flying around though. That aside the food looks amazing non the less, youtubes been recommending lots of Indian street food videos to me lately, I think Indians are amazing people with amazing culture to offer, lots of them in my University here in my country and they're very smart people, wish I could visit India one day.
