- Rainbow Lake in France; home to carp of gigantic proportions and described by many as the Jurassic Park of the carp world. We joined up with a few of the most successful anglers who have ever fished the mighty lake, Scott Day, Shaun McSpadden, Jordan Wesley and Kevin Garrett. They were happy to give the Fox cameras to an insight into the angling on this historic and truly epic venue.

Nice video ...good quality
The bollox rig lol
Nice 1 lads
Perfect name for the rig 😂
mega video i would love to fish this like sometime in the future!!!
the place is a magical magnet,
Wow yes bro nice fish 🤩🤩🤩🤩
This really is a different world, the expense involved must be astronomical, dumping over a pound of grip leads, the quantity of boilies used over a fortnight let alone the tackle. Not my sort of fishing but thanks for the insight.
The 'Bollocks Rig'. Quality 😂😂
I would love to fish here !!!
To everyone saying about lead pollution, lead doesn't dissolve in water you planks, water supply pipes used to be made of the stuff!
christian colaco its toxic and it does leak chemicals!
Shaun and Scott have come a long way from Big Billinge!
So dumping 2 leads with every take is the new fashion now?
Wow..... Not only the rig is "bollocks".....
This is not the way to go.
Fish safety is an important topic but not when the lake bottom is full of toxic leads in my opinion!
Use it wisely or don't use it at all.

Pyro Delights aren’t real lead tho 😩
Don’t forget to do up your life jacket xxSAFETY FIRST XXX
Ahh rainbow lake
Buying fish!
Nice to see all of the fish caught, marketing video as usual
do these carp ever get a fooking rest
0:56 what is that? Not the bivvy the shelter
Yeah yeah....still rather watch Kev Ellis Rainbow vids on Vimeo......Kev the lead!!!
I go and fish on top of their bait ! Mugs !!!
what are the butt rests called that he used to strap down his rod with??
Butt bungee Elliott
I dislike the waste of leads in the Lake 😡This is the worst pollution we can do to our lakes👎🏻
This lake is everything I find totally negative in fishing fishing from a boat on majority of swims tons of bait going in on a weekly basis which leads to carp reaching hugely artificial induced sizes tons of lead littering tbe lake bed and armies of clone anglers all trying to catch the same fish day after day year in year out its a nicely made video guys and fair play if thats your thing then all the best to you. But I have to say if that was all that was available to me I would honesty give up angling
stop dumpin your leads in such a beautifull lake guys, use rocks or tungsten!
Bas Dijkstra shut up u idiot
you think its normal to leave toxic waste everywhere you fish, go troll somewhere else mate
I always think this.. if everyone does it surely certain spots that's people fish regular are just full of leads
Unfortunately tungsten is too expensive and hard to work with to be a good alternative and rocks just aren't dense enough to be practical (a 3oz lead is about the size of your thumb whereas a 3oz rock is about the size of your fist). I completely agree with you but unfortunately there are just no good alternatives that tick all the right boxes
Well ok rocks are huge compared to lead but you aint casting them on the spot are you, second i reckon that if you can spend several thousand quid on tackle and bait they can afford tungsten alternatives. We all have to get off the lead sooner or later. I see this allready in regulations concerning some lakes here in Holland. Fox, Korda and other carpfishing tackle manufactures should make a lead alternative available to protect places like rainbow lake. what in another 5 years of extensive carp fishing and the lake bottom is one big toxic lead heap. i dont think that carp will live in such an environment...
Zero interest in fishing this lake. Swims booked a year ahead, boats going everywhere so hardly any safe areas. Plus pounds of lead littering the lake bed. Not a dig at Fox by the way.
Rainbow did not invent that style of fishing Europeans did in general I've fished in France for over 30 years they use some very weird and wonderful ways of fishing which work very well.i remember fishing the river lot going over thinking I new everything and when I got there there were lines going right over the river pegged to a bush washing line style I thought they were a bunch of idiots which never had a clue.after a few days of being stubborn and stupid yep you guessed it I had my lines exactly how they were doing it and the fish started coming.rainbow is a amazing place but there are so many waters and as good in France
I love all my fox gear I've got reality check 99.4% of all your customers will never get to fish rainbow even if bungle gave the invite.. so how can this tackle apart from bollock rig be incorporated into UK an French carping... Rainbow is a unique lake as you guys have said.. I'm lost on the sales technique. Sorry guys... THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION.
A ces bons donneurs de leçons anglais ils faudraient tout simplement les virés de nos lacs et rivieres françaises.
It's in no way "crazy", its a leisure pond
The type of Carp I have fished in indian lakes are not only good eating but look good too. these are ugly breed . which is good for the, Nobody would like to eat such ugly fish
