If you’re ever interested in a diaper bag/ backpack when baby is more mobile and having a purse isn’t as practical try the Fawn design! I love it & I always get so many compliments on how cute and sleek it is!:)
Fawn Design or JuJuBe 😍 or Lily Jade. The JuJuBe Queen is the Nile BFF is life. I honestly felt like you’d get one of those. Not that the bag you picked out is unpractical, but girl you gonna need pockets. Lots of pockets. They also have a JuJuBe Be Classy. Which i got for dinner dates etc. and I still use these bags and he’s almost 2. I love them. I carry way less than i did when he was newborn but still enough to need the bags.
I would also grab a backpack diaper bag just Incase :) I had a purse one with my first baby and carrying it was a pain in the butt and can hurt your shoulder when your arms are already full! I have 2 kids and backpacks are 100% the way to go for diaper bags. I have one by SkipHop, but ItsyRitzy makes super cute and chic ones!
Katie Young I 100% agree I bought a Marc Jacobs diaper bag when I was pregnant and now that I'm pregnant with my second totally using a backpack this time. The diaper bag will be heavy and make you so unbalanced while your holding the car seat and it will slid off and drive you crazy!
Agree traded my beautiful purse diaper bag for a Fawn design backpack it's so much more convenient! Your hands get full quick once baby comes and it's easy to just put on a cute backpack!
My girls are 3 and 5 so realistically I could comment on what you need, should get, should get and blah blah blah. But honestly....if you can afford it, buy it all hahahaha you only get to buy teenie tiny clothes and shoes so many times in your life for you babies. Nothing you do is wrong or can be wrong!!!!!
I remember getting two diaper bags when i was waiting on my twins to arrive one cute one for mom and a less feminine backback for my hubs to use... skip forward to when they came home i maybe only used my diaper bag 2 times bc it wasnt practical. To this day we solely use the backback and the girls are 3 (now used only on all day outings in case of accidents). The backpack is the graco smartsystem... not the fanciest of bags but lifesaver when it comes to practicality
One of my must haves was just plain white long sleeve onesies or sleepers with the sleeves flip over hands for mittens. They can wear them all the time when they are so tiny and that way they don’t scratch themselves. The sleeves that fold to mittens are so much nicer and cuter then the actual little mittens in my opinion.
No matter how much advice you get about purchases or choices, just do what feels right to you and what you want! Literally every baby is so different, and don't expect everything to go as planned! Lol. We ended up buying five different things for our son to sleep in. Because I felt uneasy about literally everything. We also tried like five or four different kinds of bottles before finding one that worked. This made me even more excited for him to get here! I'm so happy for you guys. 💙
I noticed you got a lot of white clothes or light colors in rugs. Just remember when you get pee, poop, blow out poops, spit up, throw up, and any other fluids that come out of your little guy the stains will show up alot easier. Regular Dawn soap works get on stains. Things are cute but you have to remember about the mess your little guy is going to make all over himself and you. Lol! Just keeping it really with you Alex😁 Also please make sure after you install the carseat base to get it checked at a police station or fire station. My hubby is a firefighter and always stress this to parents. He has been on very bad calls where the child is injured because the car seat was on installed properly. Great haul and can't wait to see more.
All white clothes is the BEST for newborns babies!!! bleaches right out! lol the main reason i went with an all white couch... its. the best with 3 dogs - 2 pits, a german shepherd, a 15yo and a 3yo and a filthy man. LOL..
Marcella Murphy My son pooped across the room once. We were changing his diaper and he decided to poop with so much force that it shot across the room got all over everything! My daughter was the queen of massive poops. She had poops that couldn’t be contained in her diapers and would come out of the sides of her legs, tummy and back. She destroyed so many outfits that girl. No I wasn’t feeding her too much, she would just not poop as frequently.
So true lol! My sons cute blankets and swaddles were all full of poop or spit up stains .. lol and honestly I was like this with my first baby .. by the third I really didn’t need so many things. I really did learn that Simplicity was best.
Love the car seat check recommendation! Just make sure the fire station/police department you go to are properly trained in safe car seat installation, most are not. 😕
I try not to comment hate comments when there's like a newborn haul especially with first time mom's because I was a first time mom and I went all out but I learned. So go all out and you will learn from your mistakes 💗💗💗 I can't wait for the little man
I’m obsessed with the halo swaddle. We had Velcro ones and quickly found out how annoying and loud they are when changing at night. Plus the halo zips from top and bottom, which keeps the baby swaddled and you can easily change them during naps or sleep. They’re a godsend.
Hands down LOVE the Como Tomo bottles. I breastfeed my baby and when I introduced this bottle it was a super easy transition! Very easy to clean and to fit in my bag. I have the 2 sizes. Now that my baby is older he uses them everyday! Definitely recommend them!
I have to agree with this! I think I bought 6 different types of bottles because it was difficult to transition my son from breast to bottle... a friend recommended I try the Como Tomo bottles and he loved them!
The Halo SleepSack Swaddle is amazing! I have a 7 day old and she wears it to bed every night and it keeps her so warm and cozy. She only wakes up once or twice a night and I think it's because she's so comfy.
My baby is 5 weeks old. I did the same thing as you and bought a lot of swaddles and no sleep sacks. I washed all the swaddles and threw all the packages away. From day one I tried putting my baby in them and she hates the swaddles! She doesn’t like her arms being constricted. I can’t return the swaddles because I washed them and took the tags off. I had to go buy all sleep sacks. I suggest you keep the sleep sack and wait to see what your baby likes.
The best thing my husband and I discovered with baby no 2 was to get a car organizer- one of those divided storage pieces that sits on the floor of the trunk or even on floor in front of baby's car seat (off amazon) and then put a nice organized row of diapers, wipes, 2 extra sets of clothes, Desitin, etc. that way, whenever you leave the house, you've at least got the basics, no matter what state the diaper bag is in. It makes travel so so much easier. ; ).
My baby boy, Benjamin, is 7 days old today so it’s fun to watch what you have planned to use. Everything you mentioned is perfect. I wasn’t as prepared as you are. I purchased the dockatot a couple days because little man is having trouble sleeping in the bassinet. So far he likes it ☺️ this sleep deprived mommy is happy!
Hi Alex! Did you know...Columbia University did a study with dates, and the study showed that the women who ate 5-6 dates a day for at least the last month before their expected due date, they had easier/shorter labors. My first was a cesarean, and then I had two successful VBACs (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), and a midwife I had for my first VBAC gave me this paper about the study. So I ate dates, and I honestly had two pretty easy natural births. Anyway, I just wanted to share that story. You are so adorable!! Thank you for sharing your BABY HAUL!! :)
And of course being focused, relaxed as much as possible, going to the chiropractor (during pregnancy), and having a Doula were factors too, but I believe in the dates! lol Prayers for a smooth labor, safe delivery, and healthy baby boy! :)
When I was a first time mom I over did EVERYTHING including over packing the diaper bag lol. With me second I keep everything very easy for leaving the house! And our day to day life. But it’s totally normal! We get so excited the first time around and think we need everything! We’ve all done it so no body should tell you what to do. 😘 have fun with splurging and spoiling your baby boy he deserves it lol! you’re beautiful and can’t wait to see the baby boy omg! Congratulations you two! 💕
So true! The first one is so exciting. I mean they all are but everything is new the first time. It's just super fun. I also made rookie mom mistakes like going out twice (YES, 2 times!) with no nipple for the bottle! My little infant son was NOT happy. LOL! He's 11 now and every step of the way has been amazing! xoxo
The sleepsack is really nice when the baby starts to roll around and is more mobile. Great way to make sure they are covered up all night with out any loose blankets.
I'm not a mom but this gives me baby fever! I look up a lot of mommy-related videos for fun and have been around babies my whole life. Just keep in mind that the bottle preference is always up to the baby not to the mom. Who knows, he might not like the ones you purchased. So excited for the little one to come!
Nothing more fun than baby shopping! I returned our dockatot once I got reading more into safe sleep practices, I think Health Canada is prohibiting the sale of them here now.
Best baby haul video ever! You are so entertaining and always have wonderful products and cool stuff in your videos 💕🥰 My Husband and I are expecting our first baby boy together and your videos make me so happy! Don’t let people discourage you from buying all the cute stuff just use some shout and buy it if you can afford it! It’s all about the memories 😇
You might regret buying all those white/light colored clothes. Between diaper blow outs, and spit-up there is a lot of staining ;). Anyway, cute stuff! Shopping for baby stuff is so much fun!
I think all white clothes is probably easier to stain treat than coloured stuff. When you have coloured clothes you can't bleach (baking soda & sun bleach) because when you remove the stain you'll ruin the clothing. Coloured clothing just hides dirt and stains... Doesn't prevent them.
I'm not married yet and have no plans on having children for a couple of years but this is making me really want a baby so I can buy all of your stuff! I feel like we are all in this together! It's crazy how watching you guys on you tube can make all of us feel like this one awesome unit! You guys rock I love you so much!
That dockatot saved my life!!!! We actually put it inside the bassinet and my daughter slept so great! It made traveling easy because her sleep environment was always the same. We used the bigger size to transition her from the bassinet to her crib at 8 months old. We will use it again to transition her from the crib to her toddler bed. Highly recommend!!
The only thing I needed a legit diaper bag for was when we had someone watching our son for more than a few hours. Babies need a lot of things so really the diaper bag is for those long trips or overnights. For stains I HIGHLY recommend getting the oxy clean stain spray. I STILL use this for my sons clothing because boys are messy! I am always able to save his clothes for my friends kids because the stain treatment works soooo well.
My husband and I love the Dr. Brown's bottles. Do they have several parts and is it a lot to clean? Yes, but that doesn't take away the fact that they work great. Especially for fussy babies who spit up. Our pediatrician recommended them for our daughter. She such a happy baby. Super excited to meet your precious baby boy. Congratulations.
I'm not planning having a baby anytime soon, but you're taste is spot on with everything, for when I have my first 😍Love the neutral black & white theme. I remember watching your wedding bell's series and now you're having a baby! So happy for you 😘
A great tip someone told me before my baby was born was to wash all of the things they will wear or will touch their skin with gentle laundry soap before they’re born so everything is ready to use once baby comes home. So glad I did this, made it so much easier and I had no idea how sensitive little baby skin can be - anything I washed in our usual detergent gave our little guy a big rash! I just started washing all of our clothes in the same gentle hypoallergenic detergent since he was especially sensitive. Also you’d be surprised how much shrinkage there can be with baby clothes so if you wait to wash a 3-6month outfit until he’s that age you might be surprised to find out it actually fits more of a 0-3month once it’s laundered!
Go crazy with all the baby stuff! Your baby is your first, and it’s fun buying all the cool things they have for babies! Everyone is going to have opinions. At the end of the day, it’s your baby, and you should be able to enjoy these moments! 🙂
I know how u feel girl!! I bought so many cute stuff and couldn’t wait to use it all with my baby boy. Boys are so sweet I can’t wait to see what your little one will look like!!!
Great items! Don't forget to get lots of burp cloths, you will need it in the beginning! Also, my advice for the stroller, when he is a little older and you decide to travel DO NOT bring that beautiful stroller with you to the airport. When you check it the airline throws it around and can damage it. Get a back up stroller on Amazon for travel 😉 One last thing, since you are having a boy, get the weeblock or peepee teepee when changing diapers! Boys like to shoot and wet all over 😂
Rachael Murphy that's the worst, ugh! When we saw how the flight attendants just threw around the strollers we bought a $60 stroller on Amazon. It was perfect and easy to get around with!
H&M has the best clothes for baby boys! And I would love a pregnancy look book. I looked like a troll my first pregnancy and I’m hoping to up my style game for the next one.
Michal Mangiameli agreed on H&M! I have a girl, and love their stuff too. I always drool over the boy stuff because it’s like tiny versions of their men’s clothing! Lol
My husband and I are trying right now, and this is such inspiration. Pretty cool because when you were nearly engaged my husband was preparing to propose and we got married just after you guys. Now we are trying after you guys have been pregnant for awhile 💕 Hopefully we are pregnant soon.
I had a baby boy last month and also had bought both the ComoTomo and the Dr. Brown. My son absolutely refused the ComoTomo and takes the Dr. Brown like a champ! Every baby is different, I was convinced I was going to use the ComoTomo but my little man just wasn’t having it! Congrats and good luck with your little guy!! ❤️
Yes! Those sleep sack swaddles are the best! Your baby will sleep so much better in those! Target has them too, might be another brand but I've used them and they worked great and come in cute patterns. I love the neutral colors and baby gear in all black!
So excited for you guys! I just had a baby boy 8 months ago and it’s the best!!! Just wanted to mention we use these Burt’s bees burp cloths everyday and have since the day he was born. I literally use them for everything they are super soft and really handy. I know you’re getting a lot of advice but hopefully that helps you out!
Dr. Browns are our favorites! Baby boy will let you know what he likes and doesn’t like. We tried something similar to the other bottle you had and my little guy hated it. My doctors Browns bottles have held up amazing! Also the Baby Brezza sterilizer system is AMAZING! So easy to sterilize all your bottles, pacis, and small toys. Highly recommend it. Absolutely love everything you picked! ❤️ You won’t regret the all black stroller. It is so easy to wipe down and keep looking brand new.
We have the Nuna Pipa and love it! And the dock-a-tot is a lifesaver! It fits perfectly in a Halo Bassinest, too if you’re thinking of getting one of those. I’m curious to see how your see through baby bag works out. The inside of mine always looks like a bomb went off 😂 Fawn Design bags are super cute if you decide to ever switch. The halo sleep sacks are great! Check out Love to Dream too if he likes to have his arms free. It allows their hands to go up by their face (which a lot of babies prefer) but still keeps their arms contained so they feel secure and don’t startle awake.
Loved this baby haul! While I’m not pregnant, it gives me inspiration and ideas when the time comes ! And I love that bag you can put your purse in to protect it! 😍 ya don’t have to be preggers to use it! Love it !
I use the Dr. Browns bottles and its literally 2 extra pieces you have to wash. I think its worth it so my baby doesn’t take in excess air. Awesome haul! You guys are well prepared! My only advice is pick up an extra carseat base if you didnt already! 💙
Another suggestion is getting the Tote Savy organizer to put in the bag, they have it in all colors and two different sizes! I use it inside my regular LV and MK bags
I had two diaper bags with my first baby. One was a purse and it worked just fine. I nursed my baby so all I needed was a change of cloths, nursing cover, burb cloths, diapers and wipes. That was my day to day bag. As for my other bag, it was an over the shoulder hobo bag. It was sporty and super cute. I used that for travel or if I was going to be out for a while.
This baby is going to be more stylish than me😂😂😂 Also, are you planning to film a nursery tour when it’s finished because I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
I have a son that's almost 9monthd old. Being a mom to a boy is so much fun! It's the greatest thing :) Also I started out with the dr.browns bottles too. I got a bunch for my baby shower but ended up not being able to use them :/ babies are picky with bottles and some won't take certain ones. My son refused them so you never know! Love all the stuff you got :) also the swaddles are the best! Makes them still feel like they're in the womb so it comforts them and hopefully helps you get some sleep. Ever since he started being swaddled he sleeps 12-13hrs straight! Congrats again on being parents!
The Dr Browns bottled saved our lives when our baby boy had colic! Also look into "comfort"' formula from the beginning, if you are bottle feeding. It honestly makes such a difference as it is easier to digest. Loved the haul 🤗
I recommend a backpack for when they get a little older. But a big diaper bag with lots of pockets is very helpful. I found with my little one going to my mother in law while I’m at work she needs lots of stuff for whatever occasion.
I already have my two girls and have no desire to have anymore babies but I still had to watch this! Everything you picked is super cute and don't worry about the comments because every experience is different and knowing what you need or don't is just something you pick up as you go. Can't wait to meet baby Maddalena-Garza 🙏🏼♥️
I'm excited to see you do a video in a few months to a year about what you actually ended up using on a daily vs what didn't end up working for y'all and the Baby
Little tip - make note of clothes that have zippers, they are the best. I’m due with my second and have given away almost all newborn stuff we used the first time with button ups - zippers are way easier to put on and take off when you’re half asleep!
Dr brown bottles are the best!!! I got them and my daughter loved them. She wouldn't take any other ones. A lot of my friends had babies when I did and they all ended up switching to Dr brown!!! It's nice because they don't get all that air while feeding. Love your stroller! You have a lot of the best things you will need to get started. Can't wait to see the nursery!!!
just an idea because that diaper bag would look so cute with different colors like you said - if you got one of the inserts in like a bright red or something you could get a couple colors and change them out and it could help organize the diaper bag love the bag and especially love the stroller!
Loved the haul! Definitely get some Aden & Anais swaddle blankets. They're great to use as quick burp cloths, nursing covers, blankets, etc. Also the fisher price rock n play is a MUST! Huge lifesaver with a newborn!
After having 2 babies I have learned a diaper bag becomes your catch all and very important....you dont think youll need alot but sometimes babies go through 2 outfits in an hour and tons of diapers! Be prepared lol jujube has some amazing diaper bags, im pregnant with twins now and def getting one!!! Congrats♡
I loved everything you bought!!! So much inspiration for when I have kids!! Maybe think about keeping the sleep sack for when you transition the baby from being swaddled! My nephew loved being swaddled, but as soon as he could roll over (5/6 months old) we started using the sleep sack! Congratulations, I am so excited for you both!!!
We did get dr Brown but everything depends what the baby is comfortable, we went through 4 different types of bottled before he was happy with one. The comments are so true as first time moms we buy everything, and that’s ok. But all you really need is zip up onesies, regular ones that are short sleeve. Trust me takes forever to put a squirmy hand in each time there’s a blow out. Which you will have tons and tons. As for the bad I highly highly recommend a back pack or hand free one. I’m a first time mom too with a 4 month old. Love watching your videos..
Yes Alex please do a maternity clothing look book! I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with my second boy! So i am excited watching your baby videos and getting ideas! Boys are so fun! My boy now is almost 17 months so they’ll be almost 2 years apart and besties! I can’t Wait! Also we never told anyone (besides family) our first sons name until he was born! It’s a nice surprise especially when everyone knows what you’re having! Best of luck to you guys! And don’t listen to anyone about the shoes! My son has a TON of shoes and i want more still hahaha they’re so cute i can’t help myself lol. Some family members complain to us that he has too many but it’s our choice just like it’s yours! I LOVE your stroller. But we’re looking into double ones now 😍and that diaper bag is adorable!! I got something that was neutral also so It didn’t look silly with my outfit! Ours is navy but i want another for baby #2! And the nose Frieda is amazing!!! Our son hated It but It works so well boogies! We had a como tomo bottle our son liked It, he also liked tommee tippee now he likes the nuk bottles since he is a little bit older now
You got some really nice things! You may need to get some hooks to hang your diaper bag on your stroller because you have no stroller basket. Wish I had that docAtoc when my little boy was a newborn
I recommend the Swaddle Me swaddle sacks. The babies legs go in a bottoms sack then the top half Velcros. You can get them at Walmart and target, they are pretty inexpensive. They have saved our nights. I also recommend pops of colors for the baby. I am a new mom and I am still learning. My daughter is 7 weeks old and she responds more to colorful toys, blankets and clothing. I know all babies are different though, just sharing my experience.
Clothes are lovely but def invest in a ton of cheaper onesies because your baby is def going to explode out the diaper, spit up like crazy....not trying to discourage wgat you got but your going to be constantly changing his clothes!!!
I 100% agree with you! I stock up on the basic white onesies a lot! Especially the long sleeves with mittens! They look so cute in it! And get a few cute onesies!
Ohhhh man.... this haul legit makes me want to have a baby just so I can buy cute things for it. So happy for you and Michael and I can’t wait until baby boy makes his debut on your channels!!!!
I had clothes with tags on, years after my daughter was born. We all go over board on our first baby. Also, I loved the sleep sack that you bought. Kept my son in his until they no longer made his size. Keeps them warm! You should keep it for when he is a little older. Just my two cents!
Alex. You should definitely keep the sleep sack. Little babies aren't supposed to have blankets in their cribs so It will probably come in handy. I absolutely loved my daughters sleepsack when she was little. Love the haul!
I loved this video. Although I am not a mother my friends are popping babies like crazy and this gave me some great ideas for gifts. Can’t wait to see your baby!
Sleep sack is great after their first month !! Deff try it ! My niece loves hers planning on using it for my daughter when she’s born. I have a 2.5 year old now and wish I knew about it! I know they are warm but have roomTo move their feet and not worry about a blanket over their head or something :) good luck ! Love this video so much has changed in just 3 years !
Dr. Brown bottles are by far the most amazon bottles! They were a life saver when my daughter was a baby. She had severe gas problems and they solved it right up. Only thing is they are a hassle to clean lol but worth it.
Loved this baby haul! You gave so many great tips on what to get and what I need. I really liked the Dockatot I will have to get that for my little one. I would love to see a video on how you are dressing the bump. I could use some tips on how to keep my style, how to dress the bump, and where to get some cute clothes!
My son's Dr. Brown's bottles are almost 3 yrs old and still going strong. It is more parts to clean but he liked those the best. I suggest the 4 an 8 oz and have enough for a whole day of bottles so you don't have constantly clean them all day. Plus have gripe water or gas drops on hand just in case.
The como tomo is an amazing bottle very light weight for the baby especially when they start to hold their bottle. All the mom I know love the bottles and recommend them.
Alex, I am so excited for you and Michael! Motherhood is truly the best thing that ever happened in my life. I am a single parent and my daughter is 14 years old. (We watch your videos and your couple's videos together!) This is going to be the best journey! Cherish every moment! One thing I have done since my daughter was 5 years old, is keep a continuing letter to her. I just set up a word document and I try to write something to her every day. When she is 18, I am giving it to her for her birthday. (I hope she doesn't see this post!) I really wished I had started it when I first found out I was pregnant but technology wasn't where it is today. Now it's so easy to document everything. It's a good way to let her know what I am feeling sometimes as well as a document of all of her accomplishments and heartbreaks. I wish you all the best and Tori and I are praying for the three of you!
I have been a sub. of yours FOREVER! So happy for you and Michael! I LOVE everything you have for baby! I am currently 37 weeks 2 days (first time momma) having a baby boy as well, I am beyond excited to meet him! 😘💙
I never used my swaddles with Velcro because the sound was so loud in the middle of the night. I used the zipper woombie swaddles for the first three months then the love to dream 50/50 swaddle to transition out of the swaddle.
My taste in baby items is so similar! I have a 3 year old and 4 month old (both boys) and have loved neutrals the entire time! you’re in for such an amazing experience! Congratulations mama! 💕
That stroller is BEAUTIFUL 😍😍 your videos and vlogs are so full of joy. Can’t imagine how excited you guys must be if I’m THIS excited lol. Prayers to you and your sweet family.
Love everything!! YES to the halo sleepsack. We had the halo swaddle and it worked out to perfect for us. The Summer brand velcro swaddles also are great when they're really little. Also YES to all of the shoes and clothes. Do babies need shoes?... heck no! But will you get an adorable photo and love dressing him in it?! Uhhh Yes!! We had the Converse too, and they're even cuter on ☺️
Comotomo all the way! My daughter loves them and they are so easy to clean the Dr. Browns are a pain to many parts! But really its good to have a few types of bottles to see what they like every baby is different!
The DockATot is my Must Have!! My daughter is going to be 8 months next week and still uses it everyday! It’s great for traveling!! Love all your picks 😘
I have 2 toddlers and Dr Browns bottles were my favorite! They’re the best! I do agree with some others that a backpack diaper bag is the way to go. It’s so much easier, especially if you still want to carry a purse. So excited for you guys!! I can’t wait to hear what his name is!
I loved this video SO much. I am pregnant & due with a baby boy on May 1st. Please continue to do these videos, you don't see many baby boy videos on youtube!
Such cute baby things!! I would suggest to buy a ton of Burts Bees burp cloths they are amazing and you will go through them like crazy!! Can't wait to see little man! ♥️
My hubby and I love travelling a lot, so we picked up a BabyZen Yoyo stroller as our secondary light-weight, travel-friendly one. My due date is 1/9 and we're already planning to go to Hawaii in Oct. so very excited to try it out.
If you’re ever interested in a diaper bag/ backpack when baby is more mobile and having a purse isn’t as practical try the Fawn design! I love it & I always get so many compliments on how cute and sleek it is!:)
Ok I’ll check it out!
I love Fawn only deal breaker for me is that the backpack straps are not completely removable. I ended up getting Petunia Pickle Bottom and I love it.
Ryla also has super cute backpacks 😍 Got mine from there
First time moms always wanna stay stylish but yess I agree backpacks are the way to go!
How exciting, I’ve been watching you from the beginning and it’s so fun to see you go through all of these life stages!
Marcella Murphy most of the fire stations and health departments will install the entire car seat for free!
So go all out and you will learn from your mistakes 💗💗💗 I can't wait for the little man
Betsy Soto I agree 💯 I was like really 🙄
Yaaas, half of the stuff is unnecessary.. that diaper bag.... gurl you’ll learn. But it is an exciting time, you can afford it, so i get it.
Great to know thank you!
Megan Puzio agreed! We did swaddles the first two months, and then moved to sleep sacks to transition them from having to have that tight feeling.
Interesting! Thanks!
;
You are so welcome! Love you guys! :)
And of course being focused, relaxed as much as possible, going to the chiropractor (during pregnancy), and having a Doula were factors too, but I believe in the dates! lol Prayers for a smooth labor, safe delivery, and healthy baby boy! :)
Yes you’re right! Mama Natural wrote about it in her website! She is amazing!
Thanks so much! ❤️❤️❤️
Same here I overpacked so much! I had a bunch of wipes lol 😂 pacifier wipes, hand wipes, baby wipes, wet ones sanitizing wipes lol
Chloe Nelson couldn’t agree more! Currently 37.5 weeks along with baby #4. You figure out what you need through experience. No one should judge!
We did all black and white, and we did fine lol everything is still in pristine condition.
So happy for you 😘
Aw thank you so much!
Those shoes are adorable! Good for you for buying what you want for your son!
So excited yo see how the nursery is going to look!! Your little baby boy is going to look adorable in everything! love you guys!!
Boys like to shoot and wet all over 😂
Great idea!!
Ugh yep the airline we flew with damaged our stroller we paid a pretty penny for. Arg!!
Alexandrea Garza thanks Alex!
Rachael Murphy that's the worst, ugh! When we saw how the flight attendants just threw around the strollers we bought a $60 stroller on Amazon. It was perfect and easy to get around with!
I agree, I worked for an airlines and we had to throw them down a chute. just get a simple umbrella stroller to travel.
Such cute stuff. We all went and bought what we thought was cute for our babies. Enjoy
Awesome! Good to know! Thank you ❤️❤️
We have the Nuna Pipa and love it!
I’ve been looking into the halo!
Loved this baby haul! While I’m not pregnant, it gives me inspiration and ideas when the time comes ! And I love that bag you can put your purse in to protect it! 😍 ya don’t have to be preggers to use it! Love it !
I know it’s so cool!
the bag was so cute!!
Southern Belle Michelle I
I use the Dr.
Your son is going to be so perfect, his outfits and nursery will be on point omg.
Aw thank you!
its so adorable how excited you and michael are for the baby to arrive ☺️
Omg the Halo sleep sack is the best!!!! My son could not sleep without for 6 or 7 months! Best thing ever!
Don’t forget some gowns for easy night changes. Goosebumps (knotted sack) is my fav. So soft!
Omg PLEASE do the maternity look book 🙏🏼
I'm excited to see you do a video in a few months to a year about what you actually ended up using on a daily vs what didn't end up working for y'all and the Baby
Yes me too!
I have an almost 2 year old boy and we love Old Navy and Gap for clothes! They have the cutest stuff!
That sleep sack is amazing. My baby would kick the covers off and this took care of that problem!
Yes do the 3D/4D ultrasound! Well worth it! I had one with both my kids and it was so cool to compare their newborn pics to the ultrasound pics ☺️
Alex, you will love and be very happy with your selections.... my daughters have almost everything you have for their babies and they love them.
We had a como tomo bottle our son liked It, he also liked tommee tippee now he likes the nuk bottles since he is a little bit older now
I have baby fever after watching this! So so cute. Babies do need shoes and he’s a lucky guy to be so super stylin’ with the ones you picked out.
You got some really nice things! You may need to get some hooks to hang your diaper bag on your stroller because you have no stroller basket. Wish I had that docAtoc when my little boy was a newborn
Yes great idea thanks!
Jessie1102 Cheap onesies are the way to go for sure! Those blow out stains sometimes dont come out and you can just throw the shirt away.
Jessie1102 with zippers! my husband always gets frustrated with all the buttons lol
Agreed! I always bought baby clothes at Carter's. Reasonable prices, and always had coupons! The clothes actually held up well, too.
I 100% agree with you! I stock up on the basic white onesies a lot! Especially the long sleeves with mittens! They look so cute in it! And get a few cute onesies!
I did/am but didn’t feel the need to show those in a video more so wanted to show the special items!
Baby shoes are my favorite thing to buy for my friends kids. They are too cute! Can’t wait for the baby to arrive.
Alex everything looks so adorable....can't wait to see your little baby boy in everything! I'm so excited for you both!!!
Way to represent for the boy mamas! I love the hats and swaddles you've found. I definitely want to purchase some of those for my little man.
Plus have gripe water or gas drops on hand just in case.
everything in your haul is so beautiful! we are so excited for your baby boy to arrive!!
You might end up liking the sleep sack you got! Some babies don't like the swaddle so it's nice to have options :)
Mr. & Mrs. Whitmer they also have magnet ones now too
Mr. & Mrs. Whitmer good point!
The woombie is the truth! My kids could wrestle out of all the other swaddlers but never that one, they slept like adorable little rocks.
My taste in baby items is so similar! I have a 3 year old and 4 month old (both boys) and have loved neutrals the entire time! you’re in for such an amazing experience! Congratulations mama! 💕
Thank you!
That stroller is BEAUTIFUL 😍😍 your videos and vlogs are so full of joy. Can’t imagine how excited you guys must be if I’m THIS excited lol. Prayers to you and your sweet family.
Aw thank you so much!
Uhhh Yes!! We had the Converse too, and they're even cuter on ☺️
Ok great to know! Thank you!!
Comotomo all the way! My daughter loves them and they are so easy to clean the Dr. Browns are a pain to many parts! But really its good to have a few types of bottles to see what they like every baby is different!
Ahhh!!! This baby Haul is the cutest on earth!!! I am so excited for you guys! Baby is going to be so special! :) 💙
You are going to be the cutest little mama, that boy is so lucky to have you and Michael! Such fun parents
Thank you so much!
