Natural birth, epidural, c-section, VBAC, breastfed, formula fed... when a mom chooses the best for her baby, keeps them safe, happy, and healthy, that’s what makes her a good mom! You’re an awesome mom and I love that you are encouraging moms to support each other!
Absolutely agree! I was given backlash for having c-sections when my first was an emergency c section. I was told I should have gotten a 2nd opinion 😂😂😂😂.
I totally agree! The same thing happens when people plan a home-birth. People thought I was insane but two out of my three babies were born at home with zero complications because I researched the heck out of it beforehand and had two amazing midwives. My fear of hospitals resulted in a horrible experience with my first born and I swore i wouldn't repeat it. Informed decisions, made with love = good enough mum x
My baby was a micro preemie and was on a feeding tube (through his nose) for almost a year, one time while I was at the park with him, this lady came up to me and said "you know you should really try to breastfeeding instead" and OMG, i wanted to choke her because she had no idea how much i wish I could've, and even though I couldn't breastfeed I did pump breast milk for him to fortify it and he had trouble swallowing and other problems and I hated seeing him on a feeding tube but he had to be... Anyway....some people need to keep their comments to themselves!
How bizarrre that the lady thought her opinion actually matters. The 'rules' (or whatever) are very different for special needs babies. It's pretty obvious that a baby has a lot going on when they have a feeding tube!! What a rude person.
Alex, I just had my first baby three weeks ago and early on needed to switch to formula. Not sure where the judgement comes from but it is super real. Just wanted to say how nice it was for you to stand up for the mommas who just want to do what’s best for their babies! I Really needed that today !!❤️
I love that you brought up the hate about formula vs breast feeding. I had a preemie baby and pumped as much as I could but she was not taking breast or bottle so they had to do a feeding tube for a while and then when we did end up being able to take her home and get her off the feeding tube she would get so frustrated with breast feeding or just fall asleep, so bottles were easier for her and then from stress my milk dried up. I get so much judgement and hate from even my own family members and it's only about what is best for you and your baby. I just want to thank you for bringing that up and it feels so good to be following someone who took a stand and is coming out and saying that her choice her choice and no judgment needed.
AMEN to blocking the negativity!!! I got that a lot with my first baby. “Breast- Fed is the best” GET OUT OF HERE!!! Having a healthy mom that is doesn’t have anxiety about making sure you’re eating enough and pumping schedules etc. is what’s BEST!!! Loving you and Michael’s videos
I don’t think you understand how much better I feel hearing ur opinion about bottle feeding and seeing sooo many other ppls comments bc I bottle fed all 4 kids from my first at age 20 to my last 4 weeks ago at age 32 I’ve never felt comfortable with breastfeeding and never even tried bc I knew it wasn’t for me but I’ve always had a ton of guilt and pressure from society but thank u for ur honesty and making me realize that I’m not alone
Oh my goodness our sound machines are everythinggggg for our boys - they’re now 3 & 1. Could not live without it! They both sleep in darkened rooms w/ sound machines for naps and nighttime. Total life saver!
I have a similar changing pad - they are great! I keep a gallon ziploc bag to put in in though because if you think about it - the side that lays down on whatever surface is what is facing outward once you fold it back up. So if you put it in your diaper bag the dirty side (especially if you’re using it in public restrooms) is touching everything in your bag - bottles, blankets etc 😣 So I put it in a bag to keep it from touching everything. Then at home I spray it down with disinfectant after we’ve been out for the day. I didn’t think of this in the beginning when I first started using it so I figured I’d share
All I used was a changing pad and never used his change table .. it was a complete waste of Money! For your first child you buy so much stuff it’s crazy and majority you don’t even need.. you learn your second time around! That’s like clothes.. don’t ever buy too much of one size.. they grow so fast and never get a chance to wear half of it!
I totally agree on the Halo bassinet! We’ve been trying to make it work with our 5 week old but he just doesn’t love it. Even at 5 weeks I feel like he’s close to outgrowing it too! Also agree that fed is best! Every mom just wants to do what’s best for her child and has the right to make the decisions best for their family. You do you girl! Love seeing all of your suggestions and honest insight! Thanks for sharing! ❤️
I can't believe it's been two months! He is so precious. Also whoever is hating is ridiculous. Doing what's best for the baby and you it all that matters!
Fed is best! I had a very easy and smooth breastfeeding journey with my two babes but I 100% love and support bottle feeding! I have seen so many mommies stress and struggle with breastfeeding and it breaks my heart. Sometimes it doesn’t work and that’s okay, it’s nobody’s fault!
I agree. I did both. My baby was breastfed for about 4 months and looooved it, and then I had to go back to grad school, so I switched her to formula. She’s a perfect 8 year old. So tired of these natzis and bullies. Mind your own business!! Omg!!
Fed is best mama! I breastfed for 2 1/2 months and it was seriously miserable for both Baby and I. Two weeks of not even being able to latch so I was pumping, then a nipple shield for a week, and after that she was NEVER satisfied no matter what i did and the only reason I held off on formula is because I felt SO guilty and why?? Once I switched to formula she was immediately a happier more satisfied baby. Only you can decide what’s best for you and Baby.
Hey Alex, can you do a video on here or your blog channel explaining your experience with insurance and the hospital when having a baby? Like what does it cover, what does it not cover, how much do you actually have to end up paying, do you pay it all in full once you are there or ahead of time? does the baby have a separate insurance plan? anything else you can think of? i know everyone's insurance is a little different but it would just be nice to know someone's perspective on this since there are not a whole lot of videos about this and insurance can be so confusing... what is your best advice? what questions do we need to ask? love your channel! JuJu is so cute!
I’m new to your channel but just watching you talk about your son makes my heart so happy. The joy on your face is incredibly heartwarming and I can tell you’re truly enjoying being a mom. Congratulations to you and your husband on a beautiful baby boy ♥️
Regarding feeding I love what you had to say! I got so many nasty looks when I bottle fed my first. Those people had no idea what I went through giving it my all trying to breast feed. Even now my baby gets almost exclusively breast milk but we bottle feed her expressed milk because of some tummy issues she was having and it’s so strange to me how people zero in on that and form opinions when they have no clue about our lives or what’s really going on! Every Momma has to do what’s best for baby, herself and her whole family!
Thank you so much for saying what you said about the mom hate! I got sick after my daughter was born and was unable to breastfeed after week 1 and people still shame me for this! I am so happy you addressed this!
I think it’s so bizarre that anyone feels entitled to know how someone is feeding their child? What an odd question to feel like you need to ask a parent. Why should anyone care, as long as the baby isn’t malnourished I don’t feel like it’s any persons business. Just me! 🤷🏼♀️💁🏼♀️
My kids are 16 yrs and 18 yrs old. People judged even back then. He’s happy and healthy . You’re both doing a great job. I don’t have babies anymore but I love watching You guys. Thanks
My husband and I are expecting baby #1 next month! I’m currently 35 weeks. We are going to be surprised regarding he gender which we are SO anxious and excited about. LOVE watching your mama videos! So relatable right now!
Wow! Have you had the baby yet? I’m 36 weeks with our third and don’t know the gender either! It’s so much fun to wait 🤗. Also, you can only buy the essentials so it’s actually cheaper to not find out haha.
Thank you so much for your comments on breastfeeding! It’s very sad when moms shame other moms. We should be supporting each other, being a mom is hard enough without being judged. I just had twin boys and actually suffered from pp depression because I was and am still unable to exclusively breastfeed. I had to learn that fed is best and that it’s totally okay! I love your videos and I’m so happy for you and Micheal. Julian is super cute! Thanks for making this video!
Placebo effect! And amen for calling out people giving you hate. People are so opinionated, everyone meeds to just do what works best for them and their baby. Love this video!
Obsessed with our pack n play!! I debated getting a bassinet forever and I am so happy we got the pack n play. We have the 4 in 1 Graco as well and we use almost every part!! We use Pampers as well, we tried Honest brand diapers and Huggies but so far Pampers diapers are our fav! So happy for you and your cute little fam👪🐶❤️
FED is best! No questions asked! Sometimes you try as hard as you can and it just doesn’t work! I HATE how people judge moms for doing something or not doing something! Being a mom is hard but so rewarding and we need to be supporting each other not tearing each other down!
Thanks for comparing the graco to a halo!! I was looking for a comparison everywhere. This is super helpful as a first time mom to see a direct comparison between the two!
My "babies" are 5 and 8 now and we used Dr. Browns bottles for both. With my first I breastfed for a time and she just stopped nursing all together and weaned herself and we went straight to formula to suppliment. With my second he breastfed differently and I BF him till he was a year. Every Mama gets the beautiful choice to choose what's best for them, ya'll are doing great! xo!
I went through the same thing with my daughter. She was born a few weeks early and was already at a low weight, so it was difficult for both her and I to acclimate to breastfeeding successfully. Even after meeting with lactation specialists and going to classes, she was not latching, and my supply quickly went down and she lost a lot of weight. I had an anxiety attack about it and just finally gave in and gave her formula and I'm thankful I did because she quickly moved out of her percentile and gained a hefty amount of weight within days! All of her doctors were really impressed too. I received harsh judgement about it and it really bothered me at first, but my daughter is so healthy now because of it and I dont regret it for a second! You knew what your son needed and now he's thriving, so good on you mama. You're doing great and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. 👍
I totally agree with you about how to feed your baby. I just had my daughter last Tuesday and literally got asked why I wasn't breastfeeding by every nurse, doctor and friends and family and you're right, no one knows my reasoning and I don't owe any of them an excuse. It's mommy shaming and I never really thought it was a real thing but it is horrible. I'm going to focus on what really matters, loving her and keeping her safe.
THANK YOU for talking about breastfeeding/formula feeding, my son is 4 months old and is formula fed. I’ve felt SO guilty but I tried so hard to breast feed him and it just didn’t work for us. The most important thing is for baby to bed fed and happy and he is!! People are insane about breastfeeding, I know it’s good for them but so is formula ☺️ Go mama! 👍🏼🙌🏼
sound machine was a total necessity for us. our baby was a light sleeper, our dogs barking would wake him up, there's construction next to us, and the sound is different from an app. I could not be without it!!
Go to the children’s place , they have tons of shorts sleeve and shorts zip up sleepers ! I also formula feed my 3 month old baby and that was what works best for us !!
Alex, you are an amazing woman and mother! Any person that has the nerve to judge a family for their personal decision to breastfeed or not, is ridiculous! Every family and baby is different and there’s no “right” way. Sending nothing but positive energy your way 😊
I can’t believe any mom would hate on another mom for how they feed their baby. I say, do what works for you! Love your videos 😘 Keep up the great work!
This is my first time on your channel but this video is soooo helpful!! I’ve watched several of these types of videos and this one has been the most informative.
You appear to be a wonderful, loving, caring Mother. I breast fed but I never felt the need to judge other women but I received a lot of judgement. I was discreet but women made me feel like I was being an exhibitionist. I always covered. I am 65 now and breastfeeding wasn’t very popular then. In the hospital I was the only mother breastfeeding. The nurses gave me crap because they had to bring him to me every 2 hours. Anyway my point is I guess women still haven’t learned to be supportive of our sisters. It truly is a personal decision. It is more important to give attention and provide that loving environment you and Michael are doing. He is blessed to have you and you are blessed by him. Hugs
Amen on the ridiculousness of the hate moms give other moms about things like breastfeeding! It is such a personal decision. What works for one family may not work for another. We should be supportive of each other instead of being judgmental. 🤷🏼♀️ I love you guys! 💙 Keep up the great videos/vlogs. 💕💕💕
I have a Halo glider bassinet. The legs go under the bed and it's light weight so I can move it easily 💜 I also used a laundry basket as a bassinet for my first baby and it was awesome! Lol my baby's pediatrician LOVED it! 💜
That gripe water helped us so much. I think its a combination of the taste makes them happy immediately, and the ginger etc helps with tummy troubles. Paci, I was hesitant to get a paci habit until I read a bunch of studies that say Paci at night helps prevent SIDS, just an FYI.
Great video! I had my third baby on March 15th. I didn’t breastfeed any of my kiddies, at all. Never even tried. Not for me. My kids are all happy and healthy... as is this mama. I find my decision not to breastfeed has definitely been tested, and my confidence with my decision has grown more with each baby. Now I almost welcome the criticism, I am happy to explain my decision :) You guys are doing great! I hate that ppl think it is their business to even ask about breast vs bottle. Who cares!
Gripe water for the win! Feeding your baby is your business, as long as you’re doing it! We got big bottles and never used them, but I think it’s different with breast milk too. And we got glass bottles (even though I warned my hubby we would never use them). Guess who was right? Yup, me! Lol love all of your videos, love seeing Julian, that adorable little guy!
Yes as long as your are worried about feeding your baby and you are feeding your baby that is what matters! I feel as long as your baby is happy and healthy you are a good mom and your doing your job. 🥰
Alex, i 100% agree with you on the breastfeeding, people don’t know the whole story! I desperately tried and cried so much but it didn’t work out for baby and I for various reasons. And number one was because he needed to be fed and get enough and that was most important!
Hey go you, with my son I only breastfed for a month. I was under a lot of pressure having a newborn and a 20month old. You do what’s best for you! Julian is so darling!
Yes Alex! Block that negativity out! Love that you touched on the hate some momma’s get for not being able to breastfeed or just choosing not to ,because it’s not a competition and some people just don’t get that . Love you and your channel! 💗💗 oh and Micheal , Colby and of course juju💚
Absolutely loveeee the mom videos! I’m 22 weeks and these videos just make me so excited! I will never understand why moms hate on other moms who don’t breast feed !!! Keep doing you! Love your videos
Dr. Brown has a formula pitcher. We used to make 32 ounces of pre made formula and pour them into the bottles so you just grab it, warm it up and you are good to go.
We use the gripe water for hiccups our little girl gets them so bad some days. Love that you guys have a bigger baby I swear everyone I know had a tiny one when Nora was big. So you talking about out growing clothes already makes me feel better that I am not alone!
I’m 21, and I don’t plan on having a baby for at least a few years and when my boyfriend and I get married but this information is so helpful and good to know for the future! I love all of your new baby videos! ❤️
I used to let other mom’s opinions affect me, but you learn to ignore it, because only you know what your situation and what is best for your baby. I had a very stressful breastfeeding experience with my daughter, pushed myself longer than I should have because of that guilt before switching to formula at 6 weeks, and you know what? My now 3-year-old is one of the smartest kids in her class and is very rarely sick. I’m about to have my second and I am going to try again, but if it doesn’t work out, I’m not going to stress over it because my little girl is perfect!
I bottle fed all 3 of my boys. I did try breastfeeding and didn’t produce enough. I felt horrible but knew it was best for my baby. I never had any of my family and friends judge me for it. Only time I felt bad was when I went to my doctor as they were obviously pro breastfeeding. I can’t believe how judgmental people are! Keep doing what’s best for you and baby 😘
Alex I could tell how hard it was for you to talk about the breastfeeding. My baby is 9 months and I remember the extreme social pressure I felt for having to breastfeed my son. It was gut wrenching. I ended up exclusively nursing for 4 months and supplemented until he was 8 months when it was just way too hard to nurse so he weaned. I cant remember I had so much guilt about whether or not I was gonna nurse him. Now that hes older and ive been a mom for nearly a year I realize it truly truly doesn’t matter. A fed baby is best. And a happy sane mama is best too! I am happy that you were able to clear the air. Do not feel guilt because of it. Your baby is beautiful and you admitting that breastfeeding for longer didnt work out makes you a better mom.
I’m so glad you made this! I’m 17 weeks and have watched sooooo many of these because they’re so helpful. One video I saw recently was what I USED in my Hopsital bag and I thought that was super helpful too, so if you’re looking for another mom-type video to make...I’d watch that!
Jasmine Rideaux-Hernandez see I used those with my first daughter and she had colic so bad, would scream for hours at night it was so bad and no bottle or drops of any kind helped her, praying this baby doesn't have that problem.
AmberandEvelyn oh nooo...im so sorry..it hurts to see your baby in pain...theres always that small percentage of babies that will still get gas from those bottles😕
Omg I completely feel you on the BF judgement. Like its your body and your baby. Nobody knows what your labor was like or postpartum period or what your day to day life is like or what your health is like. The decision to formula feed or breastfeed is individual. Nobody should judge either way. We moms try to do the best we can for our babies. Love your channel. I love your family dynamic. You're a great mom and wifey. I had a baby around the same time as you so thanks for all these recommendations. Its fun to see how different moms do things or what their favorites are. ❤
Julian is such a cutie I'm glad you did this video !! Alex and Michael you guys are doing a great job as first time parents !! That gripe water is heaven !!
So I'm a new mommy and I'm loving every single one of your videos for baby essentials it very helpful and gives me a good understanding of what I need. Thank you for making these videos.
I agree so much about the paci. I wished my son would take one for the first few months but he refused and now I’m grateful bc it will never be a problem! We only use one to occupy him in the car if during diaper changes 😊
I'm so sorry that you have gotten hate from decision to switch to formula. With my second I made the decision to go with formula because I needed to be on my meds for my own sanity so that I could the best mom to her. It is such a personal decision.
My baby was born 3-15-2018! I had a baby boy named Luca! I’ve watched your videos for soooo long now and I love all your videos!! I had a hard labor as well and was unable to breastfeed one thing I loveeee is the dr. Browns formula pitcher it is awesome to pre make formula for the day!!!❤️❤️❤️👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻
We loved the halo bassinet, but you’re right it is super heavy. We also have the graco pack and play he’s still sleeping with me, but soon he’ll be sleep trained to be put on the crib. I’m still breastfeeding and it is tough, going 6 months strong ! I totally believe though that it doesn’t matter how Baby is fed as long as he/she is super happy and healthy.
Placebo! Lol gripe water really worked with my daughter! I’m sorry you’re getting hate, that’s so stupid and people need to mind their own business. So, I’m so happy to be watching this since my husband and I are wanting to expand our family soon. I’m very happy for you all and your family is beautiful! ❤️
I stopped breastfeeding my first after 3 weeks and my second after two days... For me breastfeeding was a source of sadness because I had a rare condition where the act of breastfeeding releases chemicals in your brain that cause depression, normally it’s the opposite. I’m so happy I made the decision to formula feed, and now I have two healthy boys age 5 and 2 who are thriving and have excellent immune systems!
I love all the recommendations, I have a toddler and I used most of those and they’re all amazing! I would also recommend the Honest Co soothing bottom spray, you spray it on their bottom during a diaper change and everything comes off so much easier, it smells great & it’s all natural! I noticed I use a lot less wipes when I use that spray
Thank you so much for touching on breastfeeding!! My baby boy is 7 weeks today and that is the first question I get asked is if I’m breastfeeding or not! My little man had to have supplements almost immediately after birth which made breastfeeding very difficult and I feel like I get so much hate and judgement! As long as you and your baby are happy and healthy, that’s all that should matter!
I’m 21 weeks so this video is great. Thanks for sharing!! And even at only half way through the pregnancy I’m shocked by the hate regarding breastfeeding. It’s truly insane and sad that moms feel the need to tear down other moms.
Check out the Dr Browns options bottles! The ones with the green straw thing! So much better than the blue! They work the same but much easier to clean and everything! I used the blue with my first and now using the green with my second!! Placebo effect!!
Just another tip from my childcare experience.... I have never actually had a child that was sensitive to wipes. As long as they don’t really have a scent they are a safe bet! Also boogie wipes are great for when they get to around crawling age. A tip is they sell saline boogie spray and you can spray it in their nose or on a wipe for a cheaper and longer lasting diy
I swear people are just nosey about how you feed your baby its insane, and being online people are even more so. You've been good not responding to every comment and addressing it now. Live your life, feed the babe and carry on
Thank you for all the info. Its nice to get different opinions because im trying for my first and Ill never know what works for my baby until they are born. So having different options is nice.
Love this video Alex! You look glowing as a mama! I’m so sorry people are giving you such a hard time for not breastfeeding, it’s a personal choice like you said. I breastfed my son for 15 months but it is NOT for everyone. We live in a world where formula can keep our babies just as happy and healthy, it’s basically magic. You keep doing what you’re doing, all that matters is that Julian has two parents who love him, which he has! The time continues to fly so soak it all in before they’re 2 like my son! I’m definitely going to check out that stroller holder organizer thing! I’m having twins in October/September and need more organization for my double stroller 😆 I LOVE watching baby videos so bring on some more!! Sending you lots of love from Okinawa!
It's so funny...I'm not even a mom but ever since it was announced you guys were having a baby..I was so excited for you guys....and even before that...I followed a lot of mom channels...it really does show me that it doesn't matter the content someone is posting...it's if you have a connection with the persons personality...I hope that makes since
Natural birth, epidural, c-section, VBAC, breastfed, formula fed... when a mom chooses the best for her baby, keeps them safe, happy, and healthy, that’s what makes her a good mom!
You’re an awesome mom and I love that you are encouraging moms to support each other!
El Osborne so true!! Babies need love and they have plenty of that!!😊
Absolutely agree! I was given backlash for having c-sections when my first was an emergency c section. I was told I should have gotten a 2nd opinion 😂😂😂😂.

Elena I. Same but my son had a gtube(his belly)
Ashlynn Galvan I hope he's doing well now, it's definitely hard.

People really need to just mind their own business..
It's ok to throat punch people like that 😉💁
Who’s watching and not planning on being a mom for a while? 🙋♀️
Mikala Ann 🙋🏻♀️
I am watching and I am 51 and done with having babies!😻
me! i’m 16 and i love all her baby vids
whenever the day comes tho , ill def be rewatching ALL of these vids.
I’m not having kids but I still enjoy these videos
Did you mean placebo effect?
Melynda Cate or oxymoron? I’m not sure either 😂
i think she meant coincidence... lol she was saying how it mightve just been something else happening at the same time she used it
No one should give a negative comment on how you feed your baby. It is your decision.
Haters gonna hate. You and Michael are fabulous parents.🍼
Alex,
I just had my first baby three weeks ago and early on needed to switch to formula. Not sure where the judgement comes from but it is super real. Just wanted to say how nice it was for you to stand up for the mommas who just want to do what’s best for their babies! I Really needed that today !!❤️

All the baby videos please! 😍 I’m 35 weeks and can’t get enough of others baby videos. Your little bundle of joy is so cute!
When you don’t even have a baby but drop everything to watch the new video 😂😂
Leah Herod same lol 😂
I def do that too hahah

Jessica Barnett it’s by Seventh Generation. I get it at Target
All I used was a changing pad and never used his change table .. it was a complete waste of
Money! For your first child you buy so much stuff it’s crazy and majority you don’t even need.. you learn your second time around! That’s like clothes.. don’t ever buy too much of one size.. they grow so fast and never get a chance to wear half of it!

Oh and the gripe water has saved us as well! We use the same kind and it instantly takes care of his hiccups. Our son loves the taste too 😂
I can't believe it's been two months! He is so precious. Also whoever is hating is ridiculous. Doing what's best for the baby and you it all that matters!
You’re the best Ashley, I always love your comments and appreciate your support! Thank you!

Just me! 🤷🏼♀️💁🏼♀️
Could not agree with you any more! Some of the questions that comes out of the mouths of strangers are jaw dropping.
Not even a mama yet but still watch EVERY ONE of your videos!! Julian is getting so big!!
That brand Gripe water is at Target for 10.99. Just in case someone can't order on line and needs now.
Allison Nutt hi how did it go just curious hhh
Wow! Have you had the baby yet? I’m 36 weeks with our third and don’t know the gender either! It’s so much fun to wait 🤗. Also, you can only buy the essentials so it’s actually cheaper to not find out haha.
S SW am 11 weeks cant wait to meet my babyyy
Being a mom is hard but so rewarding and we need to be supporting each other not tearing each other down!
whats fed?
cutieeepieeXO she’s saying as long as the baby is fed that’s all that matters lol
gmariexo1018 lmfaooo i thought it stood for something 😐😂😂😂
cutieeepieeXO same because of caps😂🤣
Thanks for comparing the graco to a halo!! I was looking for a comparison everywhere. This is super helpful as a first time mom to see a direct comparison between the two!
You know what’s best for your baby just keep on being a great mom and who cares about others opinions! He seems like an angel ❤️
My "babies" are 5 and 8 now and we used Dr. Browns bottles for both. With my first I breastfed for a time and she just stopped nursing all together and weaned herself and we went straight to formula to suppliment. With my second he breastfed differently and I BF him till he was a year. Every Mama gets the beautiful choice to choose what's best for them, ya'll are doing great! xo!
Yes, thank you for this! Im 19 weeks, and am trying to figure out what to buy!
Hugs
Sound machine is a must in my house! Once they get older, they associate sleep with the sound machine. Makes night time routine easy for us!
Curious about your thoughts on the diaper bag?? Are you still using the neverfull?? Would love to see a what's in my baby bag vid!
Me too!
They sell the sleep sacks without the wrap portion as well. We used them through toddlerhood because they make them with feet holes.
“You’ll be blocked, to be honest” yes, girl!
HAHA LOVE THIS TOO!
Totally agree! We love our Graco pack n play!
I can tell from all your videos that You and Michael are just Fantastic loving parents!!!! You both should be so very proud of yourselves.
Who cares!
Heidi A. How do you explain your decision ? 😊
Oh, and the nose frida! I swore I would never use that, I thought it was absolutely disgusting. But let me tell you, that is a godsend! 😂
Julian is so darling!
kudos to you Alex! Strong women support eachother, and don't question a good mothers motives.
Yes Alex! Block that negativity out! Love that you touched on the hate some momma’s get for not being able to breastfeed or just choosing not to ,because it’s not a competition and some people just don’t get that . Love you and your channel! 💗💗 oh and Micheal , Colby and of course juju💚
i used regular aspirator with both of my babies and they work great. We used the one that baby gets from the hospital and hair brush is super soft.
Thank you for doing this! I have been watching a TON for my baby registry
I’m so glad you made this! I’m 17 weeks and have watched sooooo many of these because they’re so helpful. One video I saw recently was what I USED in my Hopsital bag and I thought that was super helpful too, so if you’re looking for another mom-type video to make...I’d watch that!
Preach, girl! Or shall I say great mom! Way to face the hate with class and assertion. Stay true to you! Thanks for sharing.
Fed is best! That baby is perfectly happy and healthy! You can tell how much he is loved! And I hated dr browns bottkes hahaha too many damn pieces 😂😂
AmberandEvelyn lol I hate Dr Browns pieces BUT i love the bottles..I do notice a difference when I use those and Medela
Almost 38 weeks with my first baby. I had been waiting for this video! Thanks Alex! Please do what's in my diaper bag next.
I just made the decision last week to go with a Pack n Play only and took the Halo off my registry. Glad I did - thank you for the honest feedback!
So I'm a new mommy and I'm loving every single one of your videos for baby essentials it very helpful and gives me a good understanding of what I need. Thank you for making these videos.
I'm not a mom but I still love watching you!!!! Congrats on your son!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hanna Andersson has the best footless and short sleeve/shorts pajamas! A little more on the spendy side but they last forever and soft like BabyGap.
My baby is 16 months old and yet I'm over here watching and loving you as always! xo
I'm a college student..... but when Alex makes a video.... i watch.
SAME GIRL
Just another tip from my childcare experience.... I have never actually had a child that was sensitive to wipes. As long as they don’t really have a scent they are a safe bet! Also boogie wipes are great for when they get to around crawling age. A tip is they sell saline boogie spray and you can spray it in their nose or on a wipe for a cheaper and longer lasting diy
I swear people are just nosey about how you feed your baby its insane, and being online people are even more so. You've been good not responding to every comment and addressing it now. Live your life, feed the babe and carry on
They have the short sleeved / shorts zippered onesies at The Children’s Place! They’re always on sale there too.
Love your honesty about breast feeding! I agree, it’s no ones business and a happy mom makes a happy baby!
Thank you so much for the halo bassinet and gracco comparison! It was so helpful :)
Glad I could help!
Now I'm debating if I should return my halo. Ugh
Thank you for all the info. Its nice to get different opinions because im trying for my first and Ill never know what works for my baby until they are born. So having different options is nice.
yes please make more videos 💕 I’m 3 months away from my baby girl being born and I LOVE your videos !!!
Thank you so much, really appreciate your kind words! Aw twins, yay!!
Please keep doing videos like this!! I’m having my first baby next month
