Just a little mechanics advice for anyone looking to do this. When you're trying to get the axle shaft out of the hub on the front wheels, DO NOT strike it directly with a hammer. You'll run the risk of damaging the threads on the end of your axle shaft. You can use a dead blow hammer or a brass drift or something that won't damage the shaft. Not trying to flame this guy but whacking things with a hammer, sometimes, is a mechanic no no. There are other means to apply force to get parts to come free.

I just did this job on my Ranger this last weekend and wished that I had removed the axle nut (uggh) when I did the left side. It ended up taking almost five hours to get it all back together again after the CV overextended. On the right side, I disconnected the lower control arm from the frame and completed the entire installation in under an hour. Way easier!

This is the proper way to install on a 2019-2020 Ford Ranger 4WD. I too own a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT 4WD, bought this same kit, and installed it myself. In order to prevent the CVs from falling out of the housing, the front brake calipers, and rotors must be removed prior to removing the stock struts. I preferred to follow the instructions in the Ford Ranger Shop Manuals than watching the Stage 3's installation video. What I am telling you here is also mentioned by many Ford Ranger owners on www.ranger5g.com.
