Do you know if there's a reason why the JPSW download is also stopping at the 2.0 GB mark; this is the same stop mark in itunes when I in initially tried to update my iPad. I tried using two different browsers when downloading the JSPW, and got the same results.

Now when I try to update the software again for a second, third attempt, it'll skip the downloading part and takes me straight to the extract part. So should I remove the updats software out of the iphone software folder , delete it, then try again? Please HELP ME????

It should work fine. But the thing is, once you update your phone with apple, you will lose the jailbreak. You will need to do the jailbreak process again with your updated iPhone
I figured it out, Type in "Run" on the bottom left search bar, then type "Appdata" without the "%" Then go to Local, then packages, then Appelnc.iTunes_..... then go to LocalCache, then roaming, then Apple Computer, then iTunes, then iPhone Software Update

@@JGC-v1 Not to be rude, but the answer is on the people's comments. Anyway, if your itunes was installed from microsoft, you will have to uninstall it and reinstall from a website (i.e support.apple.com/downloads/itunes-) or google one.

If when you download the file it's in a zip or WinRAR file. Right click it and find the extract option!

It should work fine. But the thing is, once you update your phone with apple, you will lose the jailbreak. You will need to do the jailbreak process again with your updated iPhone
if you push Ctrl + Shift and click on restore you can just search for the update in download folder on windows
