Hey bro! Nice Exhaust note there. Also a fellow pinoy who owns one of these in Canada for my daily. I also used mine for the usual winter rallies here locally. I thought I'd give you a friendly advice since your still running the stock e250f trans, I highly suggest swapping out 5th gear on these since they are very weak compared to the updated one's that toyota released for these to fix the pop out and breaking teeth issue.
Was also planning on getting one more rav4 when I get back to the motherland, but due to the travel restrictions it's really tough. Ohh yeah I'm guessing you got your engine out of an ST215 Caldina GTT? As I got mine from a GTT as well and just kept the trans from the caldina as backup. Anyways looking forward to more updates on your build, stay safe out there.

      Hello, Kabayan!
That's new info for me. Thanks a lot for the tip! I'll take note of that in the future. I might be swapping an ST205 trans if ever I find one available as I feel it's more matched to the GTE, plus better gear ratios for highway speeds (the E250F awkwardly stays at spool RPMs when doing more than 80 km/h hahaha!)
      Yup! ST215 A/T unit.

@@Banj95 hahaha No worries! Well that is what you get when using the E250F, it's similar to having the ST185 rally transmission. Great choice the ST205's E154F would be the best choice being that its also the strongest of all of the All track transmissions. But if you're on a slightly tighter budget I'd suggest going with the E150F out of the ST215 caldina as this would give you comparable results on the highway, plus if you're not doing any motorsports activities in particular the E150F is probably a good compromise bro. But totally up to you, can't really go wrong with the E154F plus it gives you more head room for more power anyways as they are good up to 500AWHP.

Impressive. How much WHP is the Rav4 putting out now? How's the engine management?

Also, hope I don't sound nosy, but how much did you have to budget for the swap and did you get a Celica or Caldina 3SGTE? This really should be a more popular build here in the Philippines.

I never dynoed the RAV4 yet, but ever since the swap, the boost is only limited to 0.5 bar so I'm guessing it should run about 170-180WHP on all four wheels. I'm planning to have it tuned soon after I get the eManage Blue installed.
The whole swap costed me more or less PhP250,000 (about US$5,000 estimated), including the refreshing of the engine and replacement of seals and bearings.
      Thanks for appreciating man!

@@Banj95 Sounds awesome Pare. Thanks for the info! Looking at getting a Rav 4 in the future to replace a Subaru Forester and a 3SGTE swap seems to be perfect.

@@hanslubas Salamat pare! You won't regret it. The swap is easier than it seems especially if you get the Caldina GT-T Gen 4 engine like mine (easier wiring, less hoses, and more powerful engine overall in stock form).
      Cheers!

      Thanks man!
Haven't dynoed the car yet, I just got a Megasquirt 2 a month ago. We'll sort it out once I get the high-flow fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator installed and see how it goes. :)
My estimate is it's currently running at 180 all-wheel horsepower gauging the stock 210-220 AWHP Caldina GT-Ts at 0.9 bar boost. I'm only running 0.5 bar of boost for the meantime.

    How much mpg?

+-20 mpg, I live in the Philippines so it sees a lot of traffic. Surprisingly more frugal than the stock 3S-FE motor.
