Japanese tofu chili ginger garlic sauce...... one of my families' favourite dish it's savoury, umami, spicy and a lil sweet 😋 the dry chili gives the right amount of heat for this dish to balance the umami sauce. Give it a try.

Hi Tofu really doesn't have much flavor on its own, but it's delicious in Hot Sour soup, and so many ways to make it
It's really delicious fried and dipped in a sauce
Of soy sauce, a little vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil and sesame seeds oh a a bit of hot pepper flakes 😋 so many ways to make it!
It takes on the flavor of what you put it with
