Approaching this with options at the front of your mind is really helpful rather than rooting a build guide to specific gear with options tacked on at the end. Well done!

@Tony Stark I'm hitting 102k on it now its kinra and perfected bahsei with kilt and one peace slime, cp is deadly, master at arms, backstabber, biting aura, race is high elf and using a dynamic rotation. Also using daggers for most content with back bar perfected crushing wall, precise daggers one flame one poison back bar infused with spell damage enchant and everything divines and thief, hope this helps.
Thanks for yet another excellent video! I've been partnering Bahsei and Medusa with great results, but it never occurred to me to try out BSW. Had no idea that was viable again!

lmao yea but its ooooooohhh soooooo fun in cyro I wasn't gonna get it at 1st but day 2 & 3 of patch on ps4 I got killed by it over 10 times so I went and got pieces for myself fair is fair 🤣🤣🤣
Awesome presentation, most helpful.. One major problem I have is that about half the time the skill doesn't start when I press the key on my key board. I even got a new Corsair gaming key board to see if that helps, but to no help. Not sure what to do. The rotation is all messed up because of this. Any advise would be most welcomed. Again, thanks for your contributions to ESO.
I believe the skill triggers when you release the key, so you can't hold it down? maybe that will help? i could be wrong on that, can't remember for sure
@@bastardwhoreson you still get magicka return. If you mean from heavy attacks, no you don’t there but ideally you are setup to not need heavies and if for some reason you do, you can still heavy from your backbar
Hey question about the rotation, do you recast purifying after the burst or after the burst and the hot? The difference being recast every 6 seconds vs 12 ish
I honestly prefer formats which have all the information said aloud. Often, the videos are playing on a separate screen while I'm actually playing the game or doing work. Thanks for the info though!
I'm curious to know what you got for a parse on the solo version, might not be ideal at all for it but that's the setup I went with because I actually have the gear for it sort of.

Very thorough build review but I have to admit that trying to digest all the info that was being thrown out gave me a headache. I'm not an end game min/maxer that switches gear between fights but I do like to stay up on what builds are working. I've played many MMO's over the course of many years and have often found myself competing at the top levels as far as dps and such goes but I just can't seem to get a full handle on ESO's combat system. It's nice that its engaging and not too basic but between weaving/animation canceling and what I'd consider fairly complicated skill rotations rotations (Meaning more than 4 skills used in a rotation) I have come to terms with the fact that I'll never reach the levels of DPS that I see people post on youtube.
Yeah, lots of info to take in. Unfortunately, not really a decent way to fit it all in a shorter time without leaving out info I think is important. Maybe take it in sections or just consult the different diagrams from the vid that are linked in the description

Got any tips for a Stamina Templar ? I have no problem using staves, but I more prefer certain abilities from my high elf like “Biting Jabs” or spear - or other things like that. Plus since I haven’t used a re-dedication shrine in so long, I’m not sure which one specifically to use.
Yes daggers are def worth it on altmer too. Altmer and khajiit are about the same dps. Staff is about 3k lower than daggers so not too much less and more flexibility
First of all great guide on how to run a magplar such detail love it. I love the mobile setup , got a question about that one tho. You said in the video that you had the best result with burning spellweave , but cant you only proc it through flame dmg? So you can only proc it with unstable wall of elements from the back bar if you use daggers right? Does the flame dmg from the back bar still proc bsw if you swap to the frontbar? Or am im missing sonething? Sorry for all the questions , keep up the good work
If you do a skill in front bar then light attack then you bar swap do an aoe the you light attack or only light attack after you whent back to front bar
I only do skill > la > barswap > skill if I’m going into an aoe like endless hail that has a ground cast to it. Instant abilities like wall you just do skill > barswap > la > skill like normal
@@skinnycheeks Would Shards count as that? I have a bit of a problem bar swapping out of shards (and trap), as if I do it too fast the skill wont go off.

Why not vampire's bane over Inner light? You could then slot barrage with something else, too. Surely 5% magicka doesn't outperform this? Also, how are you at 6500 spell damage using mother's sorrow and burning spellweave????
vampires bane is pretty awful. Barely more dmg over 16s than you get from one cast of jabs. You get 7% magicka from inner light btw. Mage guild passives too. So that added to all of your dmg performs better. For the spell dmg. Idk. I don’t add it up. Whatever it says is what I have. Are you factoring in trial dummy stuff?
Any one have the stuff to see dps using malacath in pve with a trial group maxing crit damage after over coming the -50% from it? Dotn expect it to be good or practical just interested if it's been tested somewhere
You generally want it on the weapons since the bonus is tied to the ring and will carry to your backbar regardless. Depends what you pair it with though. If pairing with another set that is a proc and can carry over then it doesn’t matter really.
If you don’t have skills unlocked yet I’d honestly not even worry about a guide. Maybe key those in mind to level, but just get out there and explore and figure things out. These are typically more suited for end-game type of situations but can def give you something to work towards
Blood thirsty adds the damage to your attacks but not to your stats. That's why you don't see backlash increase in damage a whole lot. Kinda like the maelstrom dual wield giving all that weapons and spell damage to dots, you won't see it in your stats
With everything going off max weapon and spell damage (actual stat) infused might become meta in theory since you get it full time vs bloodthirsty maxing out so late in the fight
I think you misunderstood. Bloodthirsty has ZERO effect on purifying light. Same max hits no matter the health percentage. Which isn’t the case for all our other abilities.

How did you cast channel acceleration and then swapped to inner light immediately? I definitely could not do that in console, is this a PC add on?

While Purifying Light gets a straight 50%, they lowered the max dps cap basically in half. It used to hit for 20k and now it's down to 10.

Mostly the same just slot a heal or shield or something if you need.

Yea that’s correct. The flame dmg from your wall will. And thanks!

you can just do your backbar dots and jab if you want. it isn't much different.

Not a lot but purifying will start combat and therefore give you a bit weaker opening. Not a huge difference over a longer encounter though
Siro set now can just stack witk light or heavy attack

Not alot, I think u just need to practice your rotation, light attack weaving etc

so would a high elf with staves out parse a khajjiit with staves? im confused as to what has the highest damage potential.
Assuming you can sustain with both, generally yes. But it is so close you likely won’t be able to tell a difference

Hard to say but I usually just wear my 6 or 7 light and if I end up under because buffs aren’t there, oh well.

Armor = physical and spell resistance
