  • I have decided to go on refined sugar free diet for my skin. I suffer from hormonal acne and textured skin. Most skincare products only helps to heal the spots, but I struggled to find anything that could help prevent hormonal breakouts. It seems hard to start refined sugar diet, but once you get the hang of it it's very easy to continue. I hope you will enjoy my video! :)

      I especially recommend to try granola and crumble pie! 😁
