Ne question - there is a gap at min 38 between biceps and the hip abductor excercise. Could you please tell shortly what is missing? I think I should just do a second set of the biceps excercises? Long stretch between exercises .. you’ll have to try it.. aggressive stretching with tension (perfect with total gym) has recently show to help with muscle growth..
I can never get enough stretching, so I loved this one a lot. As always, thank you for your amazing videos and support!

Got to do this today, and the bicycle abs are definitely a killer. Then to follow with leg extensions on the stretch.....woooohhheeeeee. Good workout!
