So sorry you had to frog the socks, but you will be happy that you made that decision once you have the finished pair that fits your feet. Yarn so nice you knit it twice!
I like the poetry! Yes, I will be happier with the right size. I've already started them.
Joining you on Thursday! It will be quite the crowd! I hope to get some wips in! (I mean, I can’t bring ALL the wips, because…yarn!!). I understand about weaving ends, and falling out….I use a sewing product called Fabric tac! I squeeze a bit in the center (after I weave the end around) and squish it so it will hold in place!
I'm looking forward to seeing you at the meet-up. I understand about the WIPs. I'll probably stuff my car full just so I don't have to go without anything. 🤣

Thanks, Sharon. The socks are an easy to memorize pattern, and they go quickly. You won't need to find too much time.
I use 56 stitches with 2.25mm needles with fingering yarn. and have 8 1/2 shoe size. US measurements.. they fit really well.
I usually do 56 stitches, too. I wear a size 7 shoe. I thought I would need to do a bigger size to account for the ribbing in the pattern. Mistake. 😕
@@pandemicknitter the ribbing actually gives it more stretch
I like that cowl - it's lovely. Maybe someday I'll get to the meet-up. Yes, I was taking mental notes on your crochet tips and tricks. I have a few other things to finish before I can start the Rena. Thanks for your podcast!
