Watching you work behind the cottages, remember all the hard work you did last summer moving dirt, damp proofing. Looks like things are holding steady at ground level. Thank you for sharing your country life. Older properties need constant attention, learned a lot from you. Stay warm and dry as possible.
So sorry to see you have roof leakage but good to find out before you have the inside finished. When the time comes, it will be interesting to see how you fix that. Sam does not need makeup-she is a natural beauty! Stay safe and warm.
Great job Sean, the good part of this is that the plaster board is not up yet so you won't have to replace it. Sometimes $hit happens and you have to deal with it all the best plans aside. Have a great day and stay warm
It IS nice to see isn’t it? Those views help ‘flesh out’ Sean and Sam’s surroundings, as much a part of their everyday lives as are their darling cats on the hearth. We love to travel with you.
I really like your vlogs😊! I prefer when vloggers speak instead of a lot of music and I like that you show us different things, from travels to renovations🤩. It makes it more interesting and you and your family seem so lovely. Hugs from a very snowy part of Sweden! 🤗
Don’t worry about keeping to your schedule, repairs are a part of life. We just enjoy learning and spending time with you. It was great to see Sam also. You two are so precious. ❤
Love seeing your wife and the cats. But love that you keep it real because repairs are part of farm life as well as being renovated. I would love to know approx prices of something similar to your farm in the French market these days.
Sean have the nicest disposition! Nothing seems to get you down. You just get through all these little roadblocks with such positivity. It's so delightful to see how wonderful you and Sam work together to keep your property looking great. And t h e r e is Sam picking through the wood not worrying about finding a mouse. Lol. She is a beautiful woman Inside and out. In fact she is so pretty I'm wondering if she was a model at one time in her life . she is gorgeous. I'm at 73 year old woman and love to do things as well and get my hands dirty on my little farm in the USA. I appreciate so much s e e i n g what a great team you guys make when you work together and get things accomplished.
I used to have a stick holding my boot up too. Had to get another one as the first got discarded in error. Don't ruch to replace the struts cottage repairs are what keep us coming back. 😊
You are both so kind and sweet with each other. Sam you look beautiful and Sean you are a gentleman. Love it!! I’m sorry you’ve been having so much rain but you are right how people are sometimes facing terrible disasters such as the fires in California. Those poor people are losing everything. So terribly sad. ❤
Sean, the weather makes us do unplanned things for sure, but most importantly, it is always essential to have needed items like having enough wood for the fire and a dry roof. ❤
I am so glad you are on today. Buying one of those things to keep wood in would make your life easier. And buying a wreck of wood ahead for emergencies would be a good and smart plan. Sean you can’t do everything by yourself. Be safe and stay warm.😊
That is nice that you can purchase a bin of wood for your stove. Bagging and hauling and unloading is easier than starting with the cutting! Sam is so sweet to help you. Glad you got your window covered. You certainly have had a lot of weather….same here in Pennsylvania, only it is white!! Love from Pennsylvania 💕🌷🐻
Shame you can't keep one of those metal pallets at home be great to keep all your wood on if it has wheels easy to move around. I hope those spots are fixable or tarpable until you can get up there and fix. Sam looks beautiful all the time no worries. Maybe extra metal to hold down the flashing on the windows. I know people who have been flooded and another who has a sinkhole on his road. What if you put a membrane under the tiles on the roof in places might help.
Sean, so sad about the leakage. You did good work on the one roof area though. Nice to see where you get the fire wood. Always nice to see Sam also. Cheers
Hey Sean, as they say "best laid plans of mice and men", we all need to be flexible and you and Sam seem to be able to do that well. You two make a really good team! I live in the Deep South in the U S. and it has been very cold and rainy here lately too but thankfully no flooding!
Here where I live in Indiana we had a ice storm that knocked out the power for a few hours. And I didn't have any heat in the house. Some people are still without power. Cold weather is no joke. Be safe guys. Keep the Kitties indoors and hopefully it will warm up soon.
Keep the moral up even in that dreadful weather we're having in the north of France. It will have to get better sooner or later, just have to take it easy in the meanwhile. Stay safe anyway.
Good afternoon, Sean, yes, a lot of rain here too, I hate it. I like that the wood cut like that, I have to cut my, it's not that bad either. Mice are under my wood deck; I don't have the heart to get rid of them. Thanks for sharing, enjoy your evening.
It’s all the little things that take up so much time…. I’m glad your wood supply has been filled in case you do get that snow and it hangs around for awhile…
Very interesting, today, Hercules. You always have a good plan for solving things...great brain and knowledge gained from your vast experience. Glad you got more wood, and got that windowcovered. Thanks for taking us along. Nice to see Lady Sam say hello... and to see Lady Jasmine's quality film. Stay dry and safe.
It's always tough and stressful when you get leaks. At least there wasn't too much damage. Re firewood, can you plant fast growing trees for coppicing? Super willow, eucalyptus etc. Seems a shame to have to pay for it. The weather has gone crazy this year. Those poor LA people. Heart goes out to them.
Im 74 and dont remember times when the wind changes direction so quickly. Very wet weather in Denmark/ Europe so rubber boots are now a thing .. and the most valueble caracter is the ability to see a need and react, much more needed in these times. I really like to see the two of you together - now that Trump threatens DK = friends threatens friends, the times are achanging, we need to remember LOVE
A few years ago my 3 boy's and I went through a house fire. We moved into a unit then it flooded. We then moved and got new stuff just to have it flood again. We're still trying to replace all our medical equipment, the car, and other household items.
You should ask your farmer friend if you can cut up that dead tree for firewood 6:03 I don't think the water damage was all that bad. Once you find out where the leaks are coming from on the roof, things will be OK.
Know all about storms, hot humid here with storms rolling through most arvos. Ah gotta love Queensland 😂 and you tell your wife she is abso beautiful with or without makeup ❤
Sean , hope you don't get flooded. I have a question about the cottage you are currently restoring, what the plans for it when you are finished?. I'm sure you've already answered this but I've not seen it. Thank you.
Sean, if you are interested in the weird extreme weather you may be interested in the documentary 'The Dimming' Dane puts a new short report each Friday. Ronnie in Saskatchewan
Would it help to open that window a bit and pull a piece of the plastic inside to 'tuck' it, close the window to hold it down so wind doesn't pull all of it off along with the tiles holding plastic down?
Did Sam say she didn't have any makeup on? She should go sans makeup more often. Beautiful! I presume that wood wasn't free. How much does firewood cost in France?
There's more than enough unrealistic glitch and glamour in this world. I'll stick with your real world Sean. I learn a lot more useful information from you than anywhere else, when it comes to owning old property.
Sam is blessed with beauty and doesn’t need makeup.
I really like the love you two radiate from each other

Gorgeous Sam!❤
Take your time Sean and enjoy your wood fire with Sam and a nice cup of tea 👍🌟🍀💐

Sam, you look absolutely beautiful without any makeup!! You don't need it and don't let anyone tell you any different!!
Exactly.
Agreed! You still have that peaches & cream complexion Sam! Good genes!😊
Make up clogs your pores😢. I've hardly ever used it.. no pimples..😊
She is so beautiful! She could be a fashion model. natural beauty for sure.
Sam doesn't know how beautiful she is. I live on a farm and we are in constant repair and improvement mode. Love you both and your videos.
Blimey! Sam doesn’t need makeup.
Great job Sean, the good part of this is that the plaster board is not up yet so you won't have to replace it. Sometimes $hit happens and you have to deal with it all the best plans aside. Have a great day and stay warm
Love when you film the countryside and the sawmill and the homes and stores and the roads---all new to this Yank and enjoying new culture.
Hello to a fella Yank
It IS nice to see isn’t it? Those views help ‘flesh out’ Sean and Sam’s surroundings, as much a part of their everyday lives as are their darling cats on the hearth. We love to travel with you.
Any content is well received, I look forward to your videos.
Sam looks great. ❤

Sean just remember behind every great man there is a great women..........Love the vieos❤
Like most homeowners, we always have to have a plan B. It certainly makes life a lot easier. Stay warm and dry Sean.
Don’t worry about keeping to your schedule, repairs are a part of life. We just enjoy learning and spending time with you. It was great to see Sam also. You two are so precious. ❤

That's what I like about your channel it's a bit of everything. Otherwise it gets boring.
Sam - I know who I would want on MY wood-collecting team. You go girl!
Sean I have to give it to you and your wife you all are always on the go. Keep up the good work.
Thanks 👍
As a home owner myself, I know the work is never done. Just when you think you’re good something unplanned happens. The joys of home ownership.
Don't worry Sam, you look lovely without makeup! 🙂
Sam, you are truly naturally Beautiful!!! Any makeup only augments it.
Good for you Sam! We know you wouldn't leave it all to Sam to haul the wood Sean, you both are so nice and respectful of each other...lovely to see.
Sean, I love these kinds of videos; just whatever comes up for you. I'm also happy that you probably had a hot tea or meal when you went inside.
You are both so kind and sweet with each other. Sam you look beautiful and Sean you are a gentleman. Love it!! Yes enjoy seeing where you go for all general places you go for wood etc. 😊
I am so glad you are on today. Buying one of those things to keep wood in would make your life easier. And buying a wreck of wood ahead for emergencies would be a good and smart plan. Sean you can’t do everything by yourself. Be safe and stay warm.😊
As if Sam needs makeup!!?? Natural beauty ❤ 👋 🇦🇺
I'm enjoying the way you're filming Sean. It's nice to see your face as you're talking but still see where you are going. ❤🐨
Good thing you learn about leaks now, and not after plasterboard is up!
Great video mate!

Plans are not regimented. Weather, life, repairs and finances change more than we want them to. Plans equal guidelines😊
Hi Sean. Best wishes.😊🏴
Talk about stress …but you two got it covered
Nice video
Glad you are on today. Seems like you are having alot of rain. Nice to see Sam today and hear how her Mom is. Keep warm and dry 😊

Even with the rain the countryside where you live is beautiful ! Hopefully the roof will be a easy fix for you .
Glad everything ok! ❤
You have always something different going on ❤
I like your new form with your video.

Wow! Sam don't need makeup! She is lovely as she is! A working farmgirl don't need any makeup! Can't never have enough wood, so chop away!

Stay dry & warm 🍰☕🍰☕
Love Sue❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
You should ask your son to come over and help you replace tiles on the barn roof. You can’t do everything by yourself! ❤
Wishing an easy rain 🎉

Yes 👍
Thank you for sharing 😊
Good job Sean!

Here in Southern California, it would be nice to have just a little bit of that rain. Wild fires, drought,
Stay safe 🙏

Hope you sort it all out quickly

You are lovely Sam, and don't need make-up to show that (and I have noticed Sean never wears any so no worries lol)
Thank you and good point about Sean Fiona 😂

Looks like you have a pretty worn spline on that left windscreen wiper.
Sam you are a natural beauty. You don’t need makeup. 😊. Also look like a young girl.

Maybe
Life happens.
And i thought my new allotment was hard to keep up with 😂
Did Sam say she didn't have any makeup on? She should go sans makeup more often. Beautiful! I presume that wood wasn't free. How much does firewood cost in France?
We just 13 inches(33 centimeters) of snow here in Missouri, USA. In best a record of 11 inches set in 1947 Miserable. Haha
Wow
@Seans_World yeah and the temps staying below freezing so it's not going anywhere! Cheers
Did someone get a new camera for Christmas 🤭🐨💗
My question is, do the cats like the snow?
Yes Sam is beautiful naturally.
Sam, you dont need makeup. Lovely face.
