- A toxic relationship is one that consistently undermines your sense of well-being, happiness, and, at times, safety.
In this episode, I give my experience living with an abusive partner. It was my first relationship, and I believe I was very naive and too young to get into a relationship that almost ended my life. I hope to encourage someone going through something similar and give them hope that it is possible to get out and move on. Remember, it takes a woman up to seven times to leave a relationship that is not working so extend yourself some grace 😊
