You can fix ‘jerkiness’ - just upgrade software on ECU using CFMOTO app. Regarding fuel savings, or lowering RPM at the high speed, it’d so insignificant that you won’t notice it. Current stock sprocket drive ratio is just about right, if anything I’d make change to rear sprocket to a larger one, to gain more torque on lower RPM and get wheelies easier. Also keep in mind having 15/45 means that you always get same teeth running through the same chain links, so eventually some of them well get worn faster than others, and lastly most of the problems and issues with bikes begin with modifications- just ride trust the engineers who designed it, you just need to ride the bike and you’ll realise that the high rpm on high speed is not an issue at all. Cheers.
A 1-tooth increase on the front makes a noticeable difference. It shaves approximately 500 rpm for the same speed. I will do the OTA update once I get the T-BOX installed. You can't do it without it. I'm not sure I can agree on the modifications being the source of problems. Having owned multiple bikes, which I modified to more or lesser extent, I cannot say that the modifications were to blame for any of the problems I experienced. In fact, doing things like changing jetting, modifying the airbox and exhaust solved problems for me in the past. Also, changing gearing only worked in favor of ride comfort. Getting marginally more wear on the chain while also getting more riding comfort is a tradeoff I am willing to take. Cheers.
Good to know , I have the jt and yes a bit sloppy but with nut holding it tight it doesn't move but saying that I will change to a genuine cfmoto one as it is way better fit. Cheers mate
I've been watching your 450MT videos for a while before mine got delivered. Thanks to you, I immediately adjusted the throttle cables and got the T15 sprocket. So, I am happy I can give back a little. :) Cheers!
A very good contribution. That's good to know. It seems that various parts manufacturers do not match and check the products with the original!
This JT sprocket isn’t designed to fit the CFMoto 450MT. Check their website and they have not released one yet.

@@TuberBA the person said lower RPM and fuel savings are insignificant then whined about gear wear

@TuberBA hey that's awsome.mate I really appreciate it. Did you get a genuine front sprocket.
Yes, I did. It fits perfectly and does not produce the horrible sound when accelerating.
@TuberBA where did you buy yours if you don't mind me asking.
@bazz6670 AliExpress
Thank you for this information, which brand 15T sprocket did you end up using that fits properly?
I ended up using a CFMOTO brand 15T sprocket. It came in a CFMOTO CRAFTED sealed bag.
@@TuberBA Thanks! would you mind linking me the sprocket? I cannot find the cf moto crafted on aliexpress.. Please!
hi can you tell me the code of the original sprocket, if you have the purchase link? Thank you
I think he dont have the original sprocket, also in the end.

Donde se puede comprar el de 16dientes?
I haven't seen a 16-tooth front sprocket that would fit the 450MT. Maybe it would be a better idea to swap the rear for a smaller sprocket.
