Unfortunately... James' hand is still broken. This project has been in the works for months!
Hope you hand gets better 🔜 :)
(Or make a third arm)
You Should Do a STAR TREK PROJECT:
●PHASER
●COMM LINK THE CHARACTERS WEAR ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THEIR CHEST
● A BORG SUIT
Sending best wishes to James the Hacksmith!
oh
And here I actually thought this was for him coming back... If you could have edited the video intro to make it seem like you were freezing him because he broke his hand. And had a second project for when you unfroze him when he was fully healed.
"I froze myself in carbonite!"
50 years later: I made a self induced coma to survive for 400 years!
"And now I'm going to create a time machine to go back in time and create a paradox!"

@@skywalker6076 I think you need to work on just accepting a joke
@air I will make it legal-palpatine
@air yes?
Can we just appreciate that James is giving everyone chance from his industry to become spotlight of each video.
god yes he is why I decided to make videos
@@fleness6719 nice
Yes, he is not selfish
One of the reasons why I support Hacksmith Industries. The companies dynamics are fantastic and you can tell that the employees feel appreciated.
It's because he can't build anything on his own
Straight up this is one of the coolest things y’all have ever done.
I’m not certain whether that pun is intentional or not. You decide.
one moment- i was confused. next moment- OHHHH COOOLEST OHHHHHHHH
@@Nooby69 relatable lol
Well done! Hopefully the effects of being frozen go away quick for James after he gets thawed!
In fact yes
Helluva good point ^
From the thumbnail 👌 this looks so awesome! I love the frozen beard. Lemme watch till the end ...

@@dawg3602 huh?
Nice, as somone who actually works at volvo, i do like the use of the 3d printed old volvo panels ;D
As someone who's built hundreds of wooden frames, it feels good to see someone else make the classic mistake instead of doing it myself for once XD
There is always one frame that just wants to play by its own rules.
"Just gotta grind all these mistakes away"
Listen bro i wana live
Actually funny
@@nutty2235 thank you
Did he actually froze himself? ;-;

I just like the way how things are explained in detail in hacksmith videos. They just don't show us the videos in fast forward mode rather they show the whole process of the things they make which gives knowledge and entertainment to viewers, keep the good work going.
This is so cool seeing how yall made James frozen in Carbonite! Also, loved the Bounty short film!!!
This looks awesome! I love the frozen beard.
James has now become a wall decoration
Been subscribed for almost 5 years and ur vids just get better and better
14:04 you can see him working on the plasma gun in the back
This is just great I love the vids always look forward to seeing them
Amazing how u guys do this stuff
It was cool to see you using Meshroom for the photogrammetry aspect of this project, I have used it myself but haven't had that much success on living subjects, only on static objects. It was also cool to see the use of the robotic arm for shaping the foam, but I think it would probably be more efficient with a table router or something, it would probably be a cool machine to have in your shop (if you have any space left!) I really liked seeing how you made this project, thanks for the great video! 💜💙
I almost thought they actually froze him in carbonite LOL
Same
Henry feels like a real natural at speaking on camera
I’m I the only one who was sad that there wasn’t an epic mando vs hacksmith showdown? I know he’s still recovering from his hand but I was still hopeful 😂😂😂
Imagine hacksmith turns out to be a rogue jedi
Too soon
Glad to know your hand is all better!! Can’t wait for more Make It Real!
it's not... it was filmed before i broke my hand
@@hacksmith Oh ok, hope you hand gets better soon!
Just wow this is AMAZING! I don’t how you do this stuff but is is really cool! Keep up the epic work!
Good job Henry! Hope this become your dream job!
These are just the sacrifices you have to make for a good UA-cam video.
May the algorithm be with you. 🙏
Henry killed it. Although this build wasn't super complex, Henry still made it super entertaining to watch. Hopefully he joins the team one day for good.
I loved this episode! Firstly the robot ar cutting james out was amazing, secondly i really liked the painting section for some reason.
That looks insane, I'm amazed that it's actually foam
This was so funny I thought you guys would do something like this when I saw it the film
Don't think that the probe lens went unnoticed! Love it.
I have no words for this production
How long until James’s eyesight returns
This channel's team gets bigger and bigger every video! Keep up the great work!
Loved this so much I’ll definitely try it out for myself :)
You all do such great work you are one of my major inspirations for engineering
Subscribers and fans, “We love you.”
James, “I know.”
When they were coating with carbonite it looked like something out of Death Standed
Most people: Paint it silver
Hacksmith industries: Cover it in metal
Proud of this channel. From one man in a garage to a fully functional company in a warehouse.
James: "So why not let Microcenter do it for you?"
Me: Because Linus Tech Tips collab is much better.
Yes
Heck yeah
I'm glad someone with such reputation and credibility as Hacksmith Industries finally admits this is still 2020.
It's good to see you back James
That Kuka robot did an OUTSTANDING job. Spectacular programing😌👌
You doing like Jamie Heineman from Mythbusters, uses a white coat when painting with black.
I saw no splash on your coat. Well done
When I heard the palpatine theme it gave me a whole lot of chills
Sorry dude but some bot stole your comment 😔
This is the kind of content we need in life
That looked amazing good job 👏🏻
Samuel Kim makes pretty epic remixes and this makes the video even more epic. Love his work as much as I love Hacksmith’s work.
I like this guy, he's got enthusiasm.
It's amazing how you guys built this
You guys teach us so much, with my subconscious I could do anything thanks hacksmith
When your friend cant come to the starwars fan/cosplay meet up
That looks amazing! I can tell he really put in the work to make it look as similar as possible to the original one with Han Solo! Excellent work thanks for sharing! Unfortunate James’s hand is still broken I hope it heals soon! Take it easy James! ☺️🔥❤️🙏🏻
So much love in the project especially the details
6:20 The moment Henry stopped, I knew exactly what had just happened. I've been there way too many times.
Damn it's incredible all the detail there is, you could actually believe y'all really froze James in carbonite. Imagine this is possible in the future
Hacksmith should build a terminator programmed to get a red bib that the Hacksmith will wear. The HACKSMITH can use any of his builds he has made over all the years to defeat the terminator and prevent it from getting the bib. That would be awesome! Who agrees?
Sounds interesting
Sweet build, thanks for sharing!
I love how the hacksmith team has grown through the years!! Keep up the good work guys! 🔥
If you still have any cracks in it then just use flex seal liquid. 😁
making it realistic.
perfect name for non-functional prop replicas.
but there's a "making it real" possibility for this: build motors into it that can lift it off the ground and make it hover.
It was part of the original plan actually!
Maybe use eddie currents
wonderful, well deserved video after the full-on movie with such surprise!
Stunning work hacksmith you rock
He turned himself into carbonite
Funniest shit I’ve ever seen
7:15 Perhaps you guys should upgrade your bending tool to one that has removable slats. With a slightly more advanced bender that wouldn't be an issue :)
We hope your hand is healing well James!
That's an awesome project to work on
2121:
James: ahh I’m finally thawed. Is covid a thing has it been going on for 100 years?
Very nice! Looks spectacular, now you just need it to hover horizontally!
Wow guys this is my favorite UA-cam channel of all time
Super cool bro 😎 & third 🥉!
Plus please make Earth 🌎🌍 in Star Wars fan video soon?🥺

it's just really nice to see james participating in a lot of projects though the company has grown.
i just hope that he will stay as an engineer as well as a company owner
he also broke his hand that's why he hasn't been around for over a month
13:57 Hacksmith Industries built something light enough for a person to hoist over their head like that? Impossible!
HE’S BACK!
Get well soon James! :D
This is awesome, he is so creative and a great entertainer!
Dude I wish there was a diy version of this project. Heck, i would even buy a custom one of these!
Henry did such a good job on both this and the unbreakable tesseract I hope he comes back similar to how Charles did.
Lets just say thank you to Henry for bis really great performance!!!
If only James’s thumb can fixed with glue like the carbonite
Remember the Hoverboard? Put it underneath it, and a Boba Fett Cosplay next to it and it would be perfect
yoo this man is putting in effort
Henry is a great addition to the team!
I love the Mandalorian theme in the background
Man I wish I could come and fabricate a awesome project with you guys. I’m a welder/machinist by trade and stuff like this mixed with the awesome Star Wars projects would be a dream
