    I have it. Very strong jack. Lifts my 6000lb SUV easy. The impact takes the lugs off easy to. Vevor is a good brand i have many of their tools still working for years

    I had a combo one. The wrench still works fine. The jack only worked a few times then the threaded section jammed in the up position because a small section of the thread had broken off under load.

      Hi Chris! Ah yes I got to try the one with the wrench one day, that seems like a neat combo. Thanks for the heads up regarding the thread, mine still working well (but will update this comment if something changes) but I will keep an eye on it. Cheers!

    Tengo una duda
    Ya que toda la energia viene de la bateria
    Eso podria afectar el carro?

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  Місяць тому

      Hola Ramon! Eso depende de cuantos watts supporta tu cigaretter lighter port. Si no tiene suficiente poder, el fusible del port fallara como una manera de seguridad para proteject el carro. Saludos!

    my only concern is that, what happen if the motor stop working? the jack is useless.

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  Рік тому +2

      Hi Mr robot XX! Correct, like all electric car jacks, if the motor stops working then the jack won't function. At that point I would use my manual jack that came with my car. Cheers!

    • @TheFredman08
      @TheFredman08 8 місяців тому +1

      Worse than useless if you're not near home and relied on this for your jack needs. I had to borrow somebody's manual jack just to get this one out and get my car back down.

    How's the jack the comes with the wrench? Will the wrench removed the lugs?

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  Рік тому

      Hi DasShape! Unfortunately I have not reviewed that one (I only realized they had a combo with it after completing this review) maybe I can review the one with the impact in the future, definitely looks interesting. Cheers!

      @@AlexAutoFun ..surprisingly the wrench is an impact style mechanism that seems to hit hard.. winds up and smack....winds up and smack again.... it seems to get off even over tightened lugs as most shops impact them on without checking torque. im sure specs are way over rated but it does spank those nuts hard to get them off :)

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  Рік тому

      @@michaelp1758 Oh wow! I haven't tried the combo that comes with it but yeah it does look like it packs a punch, honestly a lot of this gadgets that are cigarette lighter powered (air compressors, car jack, jump starters etc) I see them as convenience items that I carry with my during long travels but have low expectations on longevity or running them hard, like as long as they get me out of a bind then I'm good (I jokingly call them almost disposable, funny enough so far my portable air compressors I reviewed so far are still working to the point I sold my full size air compressor, but yeah I usually have low expectations on all this little portable gadgets LoL) Cheers Bud!

    How loud is this thing? From the video it sounded pretty loud.

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  5 місяців тому +1

      Hi Adam! Not sure if you ever used one of those portable air compressors like this one ua-cam.com/video/zUHPkAu_l_g/v-deo.html That's how loud this things are, not crazy loud but not whisper quiet, it's just the nature of running a tiny motor (for portability) at high RPM's. I will add a decibel reading on the next review that way we can get an actual dB reading for reference. And if you are looking for a ultra quiet compressor, you may like this one ua-cam.com/video/29s0wD4RP4w/v-deo.html Cheers!

      @@AlexAutoFunthanks I wasn’t sure if the jac part only used hydraulics and electricity. I actually have the cat 8 gallon and it’s so quiet I can’t even go back to a loud compressor.

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  5 місяців тому +1

      You're welcome! Yeah there is a separate motor for the air pump and another for fluid, they seem to be close in terms of loudness (the air pump maybe a tad higher) but yeah same here, once I went to the California Air Tools compressor I can't go back to the loud ones now lol Cheers!@@Dnasty1

    Modern cars do not have cigarette lighter anymore..its called a charging port

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  7 місяців тому

      Hi Gorilla! Correct, newer cars are phasing out cigarette lighters in place for just the front part, the auxiliary power outlet (controlled by the ANSI/SAE J563 standard we use in the auto industry). If you take a look at the standard, it also calls it a cigar or cigarette lighter. Growing up with older vehicles and still owning several equipped with cigarette lighters, as you can imagine, it's engrained in my memory to call it that, well, that and the fact that SAE makes it official LOL. Cheers!
