Mr. Sanjay, aircraft with technical snag can not fly, it may take few hours to rectify the plane. It may happen to any airlines like big shot Emirates etc. Delay is inevitable coz airlines does not put standby aircraft. For your betterment, plan your journey not in last minute in case of meeting if possible. Some of the delay airlines can not avoid. U may shout at staff.But they r helpless. If u r buying a ticket in low cost carrier and want them to accommodate you hotel or serving food, they will be shutting down theirs operations after few years.be a good passenger. Enjoy flying. Take delays n enjoy.

Everyone supporting the airlines have no idea the feeling of getting one's entire schedule f****d up because of their very last minute changes. These airlines fly only if it is a profit to them and don't care about the customer. I once had a fight from Mangalore to Bombay (I had to meet my nephew and pick him up as there was an emergency) and then from Bombay to Goa. Though my latter flight with Vistara was in check my first flight from Mangalore to Bombay which was by Spicejet got cancelled. I got a message at about 3 a.m. and also 1 call from the company regarding the same. My flight was scheduled at 7ish in the morning and when I got up 5 I saw the message. I had to cancel my Vistara flight and book another flight, this time Air India which ended up costing us almost thrice the price. Since then I have gotten into the habit of taking a flight insurance. For a middle class person such untimely changes affects a lot. And the staff also give vague replies which actually gets one's blood boiling.

Airline have to pay heavy fines for a new slot to land and takeoff. And they also have to pay fines for having a new gate time and such. And they don’t pass of those cost onto you. So don’t complain, they need to compensate you for late. You need to read terms and condition before you book. Flights are delayed for wide variety of reason, it not due to pilot decided to wake up late, so it’s delayed.
