- Frenchic Al Fresco paint and painting your garden furniture with the limited edition colour McFee from Frechic, in the Al Fresco Outdoor/indoor paint.
Here we are again, using Frenchic paint on outside garden furniture, this time it's my metal table and chair set, previously powder coated in a dark grey.
Now.. painted using a HVLP Stage 5 sprayer.. and done in a BURNT ORANGE colour, known as McFee on the Frenchic Colour Card.

Nice colours Phil, your gardens looking well. 👌
Thanks... And the gardener's been off this last week so grass needs cutting soon lol
Very good job Phil, greetings from morocco 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦
Welcome aboard, stop by a few more videos.. the algorithms will love it coming from Morocco.
Thanks
Many thanks :)
Worth every pennny Phil
Used it once to paint a garden gate new wood, 1 coat coverstain 2 alfresco, looked good and lasting well
I wouldn't have thought it needed an oil based Uc on the new wood.
Al Fresco could have been slightly thinned for 1st coat to act as a primer to soak in... Then neat coats after.
Hi Phill. Love your vids and they have helped me out loads since I started spraying on my projects. Quick question… I need to paint some metal garden chairs. Want to use my airless sprayer and would like to use a water based product. What would you suggest? Thanks
Hi. Well my metal all still looks good in the Frenchic!!
AllCoat Exterior satin, sprays well with airless and would be fine.
Bedec MSP is another you could think about.
Do you have any videos or advice on how to get flaky paint off a metal gate that needs re-spraying? Thank you.
Sorry no. How flakey? A jet wash may get some off or it's a case of spending time scraping and sanding what you can.
The extreme would be, shot blasting, or using a needle gun to get old rust off etc.
What prep did you do to the table and chairs? Also can you paint with a roller instead of a spray gun. I live in a flat so no garden to use for the spraying. Thanks
Watch the video around 3mins 10sec in about prep.
Yes, you can use a roller and a brush 😊
Hi Phil
A client has just asked me to paint 2 upvc doors in this product. What tip size did you use on the q5. Thanks
Hvlp.... Same as I used should be fine, I didn't thin it.
Hi mate, did you dilute the paint in the sprayer or just put it in straight from the tin?
Did I not say on the video?
I’ve looked up stockists and it said B and M do it.
I didn't know that.
@@ProfessionalPainterDecorator I was surprised but haven’t been to our local store yet. Love your vlogs.
