I remember looking into this guys website/company for what services he provides. The website was so completely void of any substance and was incredibly vague about what they actually do.

It’s not “her” money rather she had a board or not these are donations from the public. Imagine what $90 million dollars could have done for the black community. If someone like you had been managing this money there would be program after program in the black community that would have helped so many. It’s truly sad.
Wouldn't the county in the state which this business is registered in have docs available IF he or the organization is in process of "Intent to Dissolve"? Do you think these people's companies are just shells that are noted, while perhaps more are "out there" just not discovered? How can any of this be prosecuted?
Most likely she paid him to keep his "Trap " shut!
Also just an FYI, trap music is literally glorification of selling drugs and violence. The name comes from Trap house which is where drug dealers store their drugs.
Not exactly the best slogan to connect to Black Lives Matter. Drugs and Violence have been a huge detriment to the Black community
