  • This is the process that you'll have to follow to figure out if your timing chains need replacing.
    You can also check the Engine controller and block 093. The farther negative you are, the more your chain has probably elongated. I was at -4.77 degrees for this video.
    I'll make a new video to show the process of replacing the chains when the parts come in.
    Some of the tools used:
    T25 bit
    T30 bit
    Flathead screwdriver
    Ratchet
    Non-marring Hammer

    That 2-4 then 6/7 range for the teeth must be what they mean when they measure it in a shop and give you negative 2-6
