Age is really not an issue with many people. Trust me, 40s are still prime years. You don't feel any different from 30s at all unless you are dealing with major injuries or have alcohol or drug issues along with smoking cigarettes.
Fred is a great coach and a good boxer 🥊 as well ,, I know him for more than 30 years ,, I used to train there at wild card boxing club many years ago 🥊 ,, recently about 3 weeks ago I went there and conversed with Fred about his family his dog 🐕 Laika that his mother leave for him ,, also we talked about my very good friend his brother Pepper that I haven’t seem him in a long while ,,, we have a brief cool conversation about past good times in the neighborhood … way to go Fred 👍keep up the good work 👍 ,,, say hi 👋 to Pepper !! 🙏👋 😎 🥊 🇲🇽 🇺🇸
