My biggest inspiration is this channel to start calisthenics i progressed a lot before i was unable to do 1 push ups with correct form but after 2 months regular i progressed upto 25 push ups in a row and 12 pull up in a row now my target is 50 push ups and 20 pull up

that’s the perfect push up! it has inside a plank movement, the whole core is working. If it’s well executed it’s one of the most complete exercises
