About 15 yrs ago I was playing a game of scrabble with a friend who had told me how smart she was even as a child! When I won that game holy hell she became highly irate! Stopped talking....I now know what that was all about. Thank you. That is so funny....
Same here we played uno . She kept claiming she was bad azz at all games blah blah blah I Wooped her in all games . This is y she's so raged now. I won the game she was trying to play me with. Yesterday I gave her a chance in manipulating me . She text finally I won 😂. What looser .😅😂
One of the tips that has resonated with me is to not call them 'my narcissist' they are NOT your responsibility. They make their own bed, let them sleep in it.
Yes when I was stalked by my Narc at the grocery store,❤❤🎉 I put an emotional shield down and I stopped myself slow down and helped myself like you said. I removed myself and took control of the situation. That helped keep the damage to me down. I used Jade, I never said a Word. Yes yes yes helpful Im almost fearless now because of this community support. It s because of people like yourself that Im gaining strength Thank you❤🎉

Rebecca Thank You for your help in this very trying time. My wife is the one who is the cause of the Divorce. I filed, The terrible treatment towards me. Her lies, the Gas lighting constantly, the money she has taken and hid for years (lots of CASH). The thing that is the biggest question is her counsel, Her legal coaching by her Attorney and by friends she has that are well versed in the Law. I am a layman, besides being disabled and retired. She has an entourage of friends who will lie for her in court, I am defending myself. I have nobody helping me in this situation. I have no record of violence, I am hearing that she has witnesses that will be in court testifying to my supposed abuse. That is my what if !

For me what I noticed started to happen is the anxiety about first his drinking and then now knowing he is a narcissist just when I feel like he's about to start the sh#$ my hands start to shake. Then after I while I started to notice the back of my neck would shake... and then even my body because I would be holding in what I really wanted to say to avoid an argument, meanwhile he gets to say whatever he wants to me. I end up leaving and nothing is resolved. Then he calls when I leave over and over. Then the apologies, gaslighting and trying to reel me back in... and the cycle would continue.
A look in my eye! I burst out laughing. My look can trigger them. Im not sure what my eye looks like but I never look Narcs in the eye if they are actively abusing

Thanks, I'll try to find that list. Currently, I just have to deal with 3. One seems to be mistreating me vengeful because of what real narcissists do that looks similar to me but fortunately he doesn't harass me. They're a new one who now seems to want to believe he's dating me if he just sits down near me in a cafeteria. That was embarrassing. I was polite but didn't know what to say, we're not dating as he's made a very angry face before and claimed he might have to spank me when I was busy and didn't wave back hello. I hope he won't be too much of a problem as there is no way I'd even consider a man who acts so strange and rude. That leaves ignoring everything about my original unique narcissist. I sure hope that doesn't backfire one day as he's very popular and many love him. I'm like, I'll pray from a far as whether he has to do with it or not despite some upsetting things he communicates, gangs applaud him and pornagraphy artists pretend to be him. Now it is backfiring on those who are mistreating me, and I am learning that taking care of myself is not selfish or narcissistic, but necessary and I'm worth it.
Yup with her for 6 months after the dreadfull discard i was lost depressed im glad i caught myself before falling hard. After 4 months of silent treatment from her She asked to come over n talk. What the heck y not 😂 Wow how she played the victim hardcore. I acted like I was the wrong one . She literally said can we fk. With a please 😮. Went to the store bought a box of Jimmy's. And gave her probably the best she had cuz i forced myself to go all night all i heard from her was . Ilove you Miss you. Needed this blah blah blah. After i completed my goal i told her yo you ready i got company coming 😅😂😂. She got silent. Supposedly shes ina serious relationship with the oh im faithful when im in a relationship crap. So as a gentleman i walked her to her truck n told her. So this is what you did when we were together huh. All day she's been texting over n over n over about what i said . 😢😂😂😂truth hurts . But yeah shes a terrible liar but i was lost in the sex game . Oh how the tables turned 😊
Friday I help my friend mother in the basement my invite me to her brother restaurant I told her my t shirt had paint stains on it jeans were dirty told her I'm not going dressed like this after that she gave me the silent treatment ride home ...she also in my business about my money and what I buy didn't answer her haven't talked to her since Friday

I tried to make them aware of what he was up to but they went back and told him evwrything I said. We live together and he wants me to leave so he can get back to what i a normal for him......what should I do?
It's been 10 long years since no choice but file divorce. 27 yrs gone. It is very confusing. She had this forever loyal always there person. The same guy who was the kids dad. Always it's "we/us". The future was ours & from all that labor and luck, we owned it. Then this destitute Metro Taxi driver enters. Learned after she ghosted us, from a police report of them caught naked in his taxi, he is HIV positive. Exposed 14 months, even had a full body severe rash. Tests & tests, at the 6 yrs mark a full blood workup to a lab, looking for it as priority. Still negative. The rash remains unexplained. I'm thinking food poison now. The attorney is a woman's Rights Advocate, I've since learned. Destroyed twice over. The future plans were so bright, until this guy sees our assets & sweetalks his way. God what a multi-generational disaster. But not for her, she parties from all the Awards handed over to her. These laws are so slanted, I think they actually caused this.
