Pharrell’s rant on LA is spot on. I’m a producer who’s from here (LA) and like he said, to a Kendrick or a Tyler and others who are also from here, it’s all good. We don’t see the difference and it doesn’t affect our art negatively. But when you’re a transplant, you get sucked into the trap and you try to become what you THINK Los Angeles is supposed to be… so I think P has a great point
