Hi everyone! I am back! Excited to share more vlogs with everyone and update everyone regarding my sudden hiatus.

I got damaged bag from Farfetch (AU) as well. They was a big pressed mark on my YSL lou camera bag, so I emailed them and they said they will give me 10% discount. I agreed to it but haven't got my 10% refund yet
Actually farfetch is more like an online market place than a retailer. Perhaps the boutique partner did a bad job this time. My purchase and return experiences with farfetch are all pleasant so far. Best thing about them is really the price, so I would buy from them even if I have to bear the return shipping at times because frankly, still worth the money.
Sighhhh, ikr, but maybe more effort can be put into quality control. They should only onboard boutiques/sellers that provides quality service/products that are up to standard.
I agree with you, you should not have been charged the shipping cost for return!!!
