Well hello and Happy New Year. Loving the clouds and 50 degrees in Vegas today. This one was interesting to me. The squid ink pasta just looked weird but I believe you when you say it was delicious. No gracias! LOL..The one with the beef looked amazing! I think the best thing you mentioned was the service. That is sooooo important and glad you were treated great! Another good video for sure. Sorry about the gelato. LOL..I grew up in El Paso, TX and we would frequently cross the border into Mexico where we would eat the most amazing pistachio ice cream. Soooo goood!!

"it's quite loud in here". Typical Vegas. It would be nice to find a place there where you could carry on a conversation without raising your voice.
we got lucky that we started this channel during COVID restrictions so we could, but places are much more crowded and loud now it seems
If you didn’t like some of the food, why you still enjoy this restaurant when the bill is $180. Not a good review.

We try to recognize pros and cons to places in our reviews. We definitely were not paid to promote them and you will find our receipt at the end to show what we paid for it.
Crazy but over the last couple years $180 is a pretty average priced dinner for us in Las Vegas. We tend to order more then most people to showcase what you can get so something to take into account when seeing our prices
I'd like to see you get over to Todd English's place and try that veal. Looks interesting. It's on my list for my next food run in Vegas. Btw, that's the way baby squid should be prepared. When I was at Mott 32, they burnt the poor baby squid to a crisp. Their smoked black cod is good, though.
Nice - are you talking about his restaurant at The English or Olives which I think is at Virgin. Dang that is too bad your squid was bad at Mott 32, glad you at least had some good cod.
