Phle aap basic strength par aur dhyan do 4-6 baar rope practice karo aur push-ups, chin-ups , core training nhi karo Slow progress k sath mm 3-4 week mm ho jaega agr thik se kiya to 👍
Agr bina per lagaye nhi aa pare ho to koi baat nhi per lga Kl practice karo jab strength bad jaegi to aapne aap hone lg jaega
Leg ki fingers me rope fashake chadhe to koi problem to nahi hogi naa exam me bhai....
