Lisa, I'm a native English speaker, but just had to tell you that your videos are superb and I'm sure a great help to those learning to pronounce words in American English correctly. Kudos to you!
C'était un plaisir de voir autant de mots français commençant par "ch" en anglais. Beaucoup d'entre eux ont changé leurs sons dans cette langue. Grâce à eux, mon score n'est pas mauvais du tout. Merci beaucoup, madame! La selection est parfaite, vraiment!
I know most of the words mentioned in the lesson and the ones those I did not know they were new to me. This video granted the opportunity to know both the meaning and pronunciation of them! Teacher Lisa thank you so much ❤️!
Hi, Lisa! Greetings from São Paulo, Brazil! Hope all is well on your end and that you're having a wonderful weekend. Thanks for this great pronunciation video. On a side note, I thought you might be pleased to know that I have the first edition of your Mastering the American Accent book, and the accompanying audio CDs. I really find them very useful. Take care, and have a good one!
Hi Lisa, thanks for this lesson. Choir (Kuair) for me it is not only difficult to pronounce but also chaos (keios). Tons of thanks for your dedication and love for teaching
Hello Lisa, can i ask you a question about echo. İn the exapmle i saw "an echo". If this word a countable noun. İ didn't know about it. Can you explane this.
I’ve learned some new words, such as charlatan, and have corrected my pronunciations, such as upon chauffeur, through this video! Thank you, Teacher Lisa! I went to take some basic French courses for improving my English ability, and I thought it works! Because when I spot a French word, I kind of feel it is a French word, and would pronounce the ch as sh, and most of the time, it was correct!🤭🥰🥰❤️❤️🙏🙏 Thank you, Lisa, again!
