Good luck with the operation. I had the same thing when I was 27... im 35 now. Back to normal 100%... took about a year to 2 years to be fully recovered though! 👍 Good luck. Bed rest for 3 weeks after op!
David hope you have a speedy recovery, i had a disc replacement in 2004, excellent now, just listed to the surgeon and you will be fine
