    I really enjoyed doing these exercises, I continue to do them every day. Since my left knee hurts and I can't do squats or jumps, these exercises are perfect for me. Greetings from snowy Estonia :)

    I burned 436 calories with this video. Keep in mind I am obese. I'm hoping to change my life and be healthier

      Are you sure you burned 436 calories with this vdo? That’s impossible. This vdo is not intensive and it is less than 30min.

      @@cpssleung that is what my fitbit showed. If you see my comment it says I'm obese. More weight usually means more calories are used when we exercise.

    After finishing this workout, I have a suggestion for future walking workouts: Give Louis weights for the arm and shoulder exercises. He can be the advanced demonstrator.
    My husband says that since Ryo, James, and Mark were all coordinating with their shirts, pants, and sneakers, they should have hidden Louis in the back while the three of them rotated up front. He's such a jokester. LOL.

    근데 이 운동 정말 무리가 없네요 ㅎㅎ
    앞으로 발목 무리없고 무릎 아프지 않은 걷기홈트 40~50분 짜리로 부탁드리고 싶네요 참 Mark 의 썰렁농담 안웃겨요~ 진짜루~

    Thank you for another great video! The timing was perfect.. I am in quarantine down in 전주 and haven't been moving enough! This workout was also great for my arthritis! My joints really felt warm after I finished, and felt much better than before I started. Thank you again!

    Today, may10 i burned 1624 calories from morning to mid afternoon. So 1624 /3=541.333 calories, in 3rd time of the day, while exercising.
