    아니...간단하다고요...?
    30분걷기보다 20분이 더 힘든거 뭐죠......?
    저 30분 일주일.20분일주일 해서 10키로 뺏어요
    다른운동도 하고 잇지만 이거는 뭐 더이상 말이 필요없어요......그냥 전신에 땀이 줄줄....둘째가지기위해서 열심히했는데 곧 좋은 소식이 올꺼 같아요😊😉

      @@AllblancTV 한달만에 좋은 소식이 찾아왔답니다😉 운동 꾸준히해서 이쁜 둘째가 생겼어요ㅎㅎ 운동을 하는게 마음처럼 쉽지는 않았지만 그래도 즐거운 마음으로 매일매일 했던 것 같아요!! 덕분에 좋은 아가가 찾아와줘서 너무 기뻐요 이렇데 좋은 운동해주시고 감사드려요🙇‍♀️❤

    I am 75 years old. I just began walking outside for 15 minutes per day. It is now January 7,2020 at night. It has begun to snow. Most likely an outside walk will not be possible tomorrow. I will do PART of the walking exercises tomorrow. I will give it my all. Thanks for the video. ( :

    I actually did it all without stopping, (I didn't even drink ahahaha) and sincerely what made me continue this was their cheering like don't give up or just 5 more. I've sweated a lot but now I'm really relieved 😅😂. Thank you all guys

    At 49 years old I use multiple cardio machines ,so i figure I give this a shot. I started to burn out at 16min!! I pushed threw it till the end ,by far this is the best marching exercise I have ever done!! I will now do this everyday Thanks for the video you guys rock!!

    I am 53 years old with a slightly torn meniscus so I can't do crazy workouts, then I found this! Today is my first day doing this workout and it was perfect for me. Some movements were a little tough, but I was able to get through it, and I was sweating like crazy!! Thanks for making these videos, they definitely help all people, but especially people with knee or leg injuries or limited mobility.

    6월 한달 후기
    처음 운동하는 집돌이인데, 20분짜리인데도 처음에는 되게 힘들었어요.
    그래도 한달동안 하면서 익숙해졌는지 지금은 그렇게까지 힘들진 않네요.
    땀 되게 잘나고 몸무게는 한달동안 4kg 빠졌답니다. 식단조절 없이요!
    이제 뱃살이랑 옆구리살 조금 남은 거만 빼고 즐거운 여름 보내야겠습니다.

    it was raining outside and i couldnt go for my daily jog so i just randomly typed in ''inside cardio workout'' and this came out. 25 mins later i am loving the way i am sweating and my body is burning. thank you so much for keeping me motivated throughout the video!!

    Thank you for all your excellent routines. I've been making a playlist out of all the ones I think I'd enjoy doing. I spent the past eight years or so depressed due to a variety of reasons, and regretfully stopped exercising. Needless to say, I'm in poor shape, and have ballooned quite a bit in size. Your workout routines are making my journey back to a healthier me so much easier, not to mention much more fun as well. I'm so grateful to you all. Thank you for the videos you make.

      It's not easy. None of their exercise raise are easy. But my waist reduced from 40 , 41 to 38.5. Hav to check my weight.cant get out due to quarrintine.

    올해 1월에 심한 지방간과 고지질혈증 진단 받았던 25세 여자입니다. 운동을 워낙 싫어해서 복부비만이 특히 가장 문제였어요. 충격받고 운동 시작했는데 헬스장 가는건 꺼려지고 운동 금방 질릴거라 생각해서 걱정이었는데, 하루 40분씩 거의 매일 이 영상 + 다른 영상 하나더 해서 꾸준히 유산소운동했어요.
    어제 체중 쟀는데 6-7kg 빠졌더라고요! 58->51kg로요. 다이어트 할 동안도 삼시세끼 한 번도 굶은 적 없고, 메뉴만 신경쓰고 양은 충분히 먹었는데도 매일 유산소 했더니 효과가 있네요. 물론 얼마 전 피검사도 전부 정상으로 나왔습니다.
    요즘은 복근 영상 하나 더 추가해서 해보고 있어요ㅎㅎ 유익한 영상 감사하는 마음에 간증 후기 올려요!

    일요일 낮 출근전 가까스로 일어나 운동하고 갑니다. 20분짜리라고 30분짜리 운동보다 좀 편하게 하겠거니 싶어서 눌렀다가 죽는 줄 알았어요.. 땀 쭉쭉 흘리면서 기분좋게 그래도 운동하고 출근합니다. 항상 감사드려요!

    이런 단어쓰기는 뭐하지만.. 근력운동다하고 마지막에 조지고싶을때 하면 딱좋은 운동입니다.
    한번해볼까?하고있는데 땀? 정말 비오듯 내립니다.. 다들 마지막입니다 힘내세요!라고도해주시고..
    그리고 복부에 집중해서 아무생각없이 하시지말고 집중해서 힘을주고 집중해주세요 라는말에
    뜨끔에서 집중하다보면 땀이.. 플랭크할때수준으로납니다.. 다하고나면 허벅지 터질것같고 숨은 차고..
    제 재생목록 운동폴더에 저장했습니다 감사해요 ㅠㅠ 정말 대박이라는 시간내서 이거라도 기본으로하면..

    Love this! During this quarantine and living in a small flat I’ve been walking and dancing around to try and keep moving and keep my steps up - I’m not interested in starting intense workouts (I didn’t do that before quarantine!). These walking videos are easy and just what I need to keep my spirits up, keep moving and keep it interesting during this very strange time! Thank you from the UK!

    Great workout, I'm getting back into the sport slowly and your training is perfect. I had a hard time finishing the session, but that's normal, I don't have your young athletes' bodies anymore.     My fiance agreed to try this workout with me, normally I follow Chloe Ting programs but he doesn't like the HIIT workouts she does (he finds his balance is off with the jumping and quick pace of the program) so I think this will be great for him. I'm just excited to have something to try together. Thanks for this!

    I just finished my 1st day workout. Am sweating bucks. I hope I'm able to do this for at least 2 months. Next week is the fasting month, and I hope I can still do this maybe if not during day, I'll do it at night. I really need to lose my weight 😭

    마지막동작 업드려서 무릅 올리기가더 효과적이네요 복근 상시 힘드가고 엉덩이 힘 드가고 무릅 오른발 왼발 몇개씨 단계올려서 현재2주차 30일째 단식 과 타바타or걷기 푸쉬업 만 해서16kg 다이어트 중 24kg더빼야해서 다같이 파이팅

    It's my first exercise in seven years. I could not finish the workout because my thighs hurt so much. I am not disappointed though, at least it's a start for me. :) Thank you Allblanc team!

    I love this one cuz I don't have to get down on my butt. I have knee issues and getting up and down on the floor just standing up is difficult. This is my favorite workout of yours! Please me more like these! Standing up is best for me!

    Almost 1 week workout, very nice video. Every morning 30 minute then in the afternoon another 30 minute workout. Very effective. I want to transform from weak person to a new version. Thank you guys.

    Silly me. Thought they had no tops on because it was hot. Great routine. Works well for me day 9 in 14 day compulsory hotel quarantine. Almost loving it. May even come out fitter then when I checked in. Thanks guys

    I just finish this work out I am 52 and at the end I am definitely sweating. They were a couple of sets of kicks I could not finish but now I am challenged to do it until this workout becomes too easy thank you for having a very well thought out work out that’s easy to do at home.

    와우 ... high impact exercise for a short time 입니다 3-5 hours hiking 도 좋지만, 시기적으로 집 안에서 할 수 있는 최고의 운동 였습니다 넘치는 땀방울 조아요 ~~ 바른 운동과 호흡도 대박 조아요 ~~

    운동 진짜 하기 싫을 때 딱 이거 20분만 해보세요 시간도 금방 가고 동작 어렵지도 않고 땀나고 최곱니다ㅎㅎ 저녁에 딱 이거 20분하고 씻으면 최고!!

    ahhhh I loved this a lot. i have many injuries so i like doing low impact workouts & this one was perfect. you guys were very encouraging too and not to mention cute 🙈🙈🙈 i may ask my mother to do this workout with me, though my dad may get jealous haha!

    I suffer from chronic pain and this workout fits perfectly for me. Of course, I'm in pain after the workout but it's not too bad! I feel like this workout is a great balance for me.
