    I was a little worried how I can keep up with my workouts during Ramadan and I cannot sing praise enough. This workout video is perfect. You still break a sweat and get your heart pumping but you don't feel so thirsty. I normally like to do my workouts during the afternoon but those who are fasting, if you do this 1 or 2 hours before breaking fast, I think this will be beneficial. So important to eat and drink healthy but also exercise the body regardless the time of year! Thank you Allblanc you guys are the best! Best wishes from Scotland 😃

    This is about 5000 steps, not 10,000 steps. In order to reach 10k, I have to walk about 1 and half hour at this pace. Thus, 2 have to do about 2x of this video, which is 1 hour to reach 10k. The clip is misleading but still a good workout out for steps.

    hi guys, thanks a lot for this new vid .. I have tried this 3x in the last 3 days while I was still fasting, but I think this one is not as exhausting as the 3500 steps video :)
    some moves are "lighter" than the moves in 3500 steps, but that's why this new vid is very suitable for me and muslim people around the world who are still having fasting in this Ramadhan .. we can still exercise without being too exhausted and having to break our fasting before its time, haha .. great job guys !!

    기다렸다 걷기 홈트 일주일에 두번 나의 루틴들을 좀 색다르게 할 수 있겠네 ㅋㅋ여러분 계속 하다 보면요 다 비슷비슷하다고 느낄텐데 그 겹치는 것들을 계속 하다보면 아무튼 중독됨 매주 화,수나 수,목에 자주하게 되고 격주로 토요일이나 일요일에 하게 됩니다 ㅋ 홈트 영상 모아놓은거에 걷기홈트 너무 좋아요 주말엔 두번도 할 수 있으니까 좋아요~ 새로운거 많이 만드셈 ㅋ~

    Did this with zero steps on Fitbit and reached 4,057 steps. Nonetheless, I broke a sweat. I think this video is meant to be done twice to reach near 10,000. About to do round 2 now.

      yea fitbit fails at recording some movements, like leg lifts etc.

      I did mine on my apple watch and got 4,080 steps. Sounds pretty accurate between the two watches. Definitely do it twice.

      He did say at the end that if you walk more you will do more steps, it depends on the speed you do things at too, some people will get more steps in than others and you may need to do the video twice to reach 10000 steps

    It usually takes me an hour to complete 10,000 steps. Maybe this is just 5K-6K steps but still a good workout than not to move. 👌🏽✨

    Loved it. I did it in my lunch break while watching an episode of my latest series.
    For everyone who is interested: I walked 3,05 km and burned 167 active calories (if its called like that in english). Thank you for this Indoor step challenge.

    Only got 3.8K steps - not really reaching the 10k goals as claimed but working out with the Allblanc crew is always fun and enjoyable! I still sweat buckets.

    추가했는데 정말 좋습니다.
    더 열심히 해서 난이도 높은 프로그램도 해보려고요.

    To be honest with you... If I played a lating song on top of this video... you guys will be dancing SALSA so well... Louis looks like he is dancing all the time... and Mark looks like a tiny baby doing first steps... Is too cute to handle!!!

    Loved the workout. But I’ve done the math... 10.000 steps in 36 minutes = 278 steps per minute = 4,6 steps per second 😂 nonetheless enjoyed every bit of it and added around 4K steps to my Fitbit 😊

    I can finally do this exercise without stopping or drinking water! Whenever I gain weight, Allblanc always helps me lose it fast, and without getting completely exhausted or bored, unlike other workout videos I've seen from other UA-camrs. Thank you guys so much!!! 🙌🔥❤

    I really like that. Sweating now but happy :) Today outside is rainy and a little bit snowy weather and gyms are closed cause of virus, so happy to work out at home.

    after done 4th time then i start to comment this video. Its really good for lazy morning n difficult to do extreme workout. Simple yet sure makes u sweat out so enjoyable. N then after I noticed those movements, i started to do modify some movement n feel more better stretch.
    Eg. when do side steps, after done 1st round as my warm up then 2nd round i do upper mid n lower wide side steps, in order to make my whole muscles doing the jobs.
    Simple yet effectives, thanks guys..

    Recently you did 3500 steps in 38minutes. Now you do 10.000 steps in 37 minutes, but it doesn't look like speed is tripled. Something is suspicious ... and the step counter is missing.

    I just did this workout as I was close to 10.000 steps for the day💪. I really like this workout and lucky me it's not really ASMR as I don't like ASMR at all. Then I always get annoyed I can't hear them propperly because of the whispering.😅

    As I don't have this on translate closed captioned I think you need to do this twice (and they no doubt tell you that) to hit that 10,000 mark. But all in all, this is a good one for getting the heartbeat up and i enjoyed it very much. Especially if you put it to music. Thanks, guys!
