Hi! This is my first intro to Pilates and I’m loving it so far - is it okay if my breathing feels more natural opposite yours? I.e. when you say exhale I prefer to inhale?
Yes absolutely!
My hips are so troublesome, that was a tough one for me but it’s all done
Keep working at it and your hips will loosen up!!
