The vacuum is amazing but to expensive so for those who cant get that roborock vacuum just get a handheld vacuum they work almost as great for picking up seeds and pellets!😉
Hi Elle, You're such a great help to me. I'm bringing home a Turquoise Conure baby soon and am loving all your suggestions. One thing I haven't seen you discuss is a bird cage light. I have an M&M light for the cage top and wonder if you think that's the best way to go? Also, should I use a small cage at first then switch, or start with what will be her permanent cage? She will be a real baby... Thanks SO much for existing on UA-cam.
I would start with a permanent cage, just prevents stress later on from having to assemble/spend more money on/adjust to a new cage. As for lights, it's really up to you! UVB light can be super beneficial for them for a few hours during the day.
Hi Ellie have two cute budgies. And I just got them a new cage today I'm still putting toys and more perches.but I wanna show you my cage and tell me if this cage is good for two cute budgies? How can I do that?
Hello Elle! I need some advice because I am getting a bird as you have inspired me. I am getting a cockatiel and I need some advice on what I should get it. Here are my questions: •How big should a cockatiels cage be, if you go to school? • What is the best blend I should give my bird? • How much toys should I put in the cage? • Can I harness train a cockatiel? • How much time should I spend with it? Thank you.
Hello! I'm not Elle, but I hope I can help :) 1. At least 24x22 inches is good! The bigger, the better. If you'd like me to link some good cages, let me know. 2. The best diet they can get is a mix of fresh foods (sprouts, veggies), grains (rice, seeds), herbs/spices, and natural pellets (TOP's, Harrison's, Roudybush). Elle has some pretty good chop videos you can use to base your blends off of! 3. Preferably around 5 toys. You won't want to clutter up the cage too much, but you don't want a bare cage either (especially since you won't be at home as often). It's a balance. 4. You can! 5. Since you go to school, you'll want to spend a lot of time with your cockatiel the rest of the time! However, it's still important to listen to your cockatiel and respect it if it doesn't want to interact at that moment.
Thank you so much this is so useful... my kakarikis cage has been getting dirty recently because I dont know how to clean it. I got her 2 months ago and she is doing well, but in her old home (she was a rescue) she had a flight cage and a seperate smaller cage for sleeping. She would get really distressed if I took it away now, and i dont know waht to do. If anyone has any ideas then pls tell me
What do you mean take it away? The smaller cage to sleep or cleaning it? Of it wants to sleep in the small cage let it. You can also put it in there to clean the big cage. It must be cleaned regularly or it will get sick. If you cant or won't clean it then you shouldn't have it.
Hi!! Would you recommend using nature’s miracle bird cage cleaner?? I’m not sure how safe it really is and I don’t want to cause any harm to my birds 😊 (I have two conures)
I clean by bird cage everyday so I don't have to do so many extreme washes. I normally wipe everything down overly well once a month. But I change out the paper every day, take wet paper towels and wipe off the grate everyday.

owner ever
i love your videos so much and look forward for seeing more of your videos. i am planning to buy two cockatiels next year near christmas but i also have to study. i did a lot of research on birds and printed it out. i hope i can get my birds but my parents say i need to have a lot of responbility to keep it as it is a living creature. i continue to ensure them that i will do everything for my bird to make sure it is safe and healthy. i am only eleven years old and i am huge fan to your channel. thanks for posting and sharing with me information on your channel.
I just recently got this device and i decided to subscribe from you here and on my other devices.
Great Video
It is a lot to do every week, but worth it for owning birds ☺️
Good job with your beautiful birds💯👏🏼🥰
hey elle! im just wondering how you deal with rust? when washing the bird cages like that i assume there must be rust? if not do tell!
You deserve a million subs❤️
The vacuum is amazing but to expensive so for those who cant get that roborock vacuum just get a handheld vacuum they work almost as great for picking up seeds and pellets!😉
I’m getting a bird because of YOU 😍😍😍😊
very useful video
thank you Elle 😊
Omg the bunny
That scene of you bobbing yo ur head with your blue budgie was so cute
Finally you posted after 3 weeks
Good job elle!!! 😇😇😇😇
I love how Kermit just hopped onto the spray bottle
I’m always exited for your vids!
What’s your schedule ?
They are soo cute🥺🥺
Your videos are really really helpful to me!!! Love you Elle 😘😘😘

Hello Elle! I need some advice because I am getting a bird as you have inspired me. I am getting a cockatiel and I need some advice on what I should get it. Here are my questions:
•How big should a cockatiels cage be, if you go to school?
• What is the best blend I should give my bird?
• How much toys should I put in the cage?
• Can I harness train a cockatiel?
• How much time should I spend with it?
Thank you.
Hello! I'm not Elle, but I hope I can help :)
If anyone has any ideas then pls tell me
Sometimes we have to do what's best for our birds health, even if it's against what they're normally comfortable with. Cleaning is a top priority!
What do you mean take it away? The smaller cage to sleep or cleaning it? Of it wants to sleep in the small cage let it. You can also put it in there to clean the big cage. It must be cleaned regularly or it will get sick. If you cant or won't clean it then you shouldn't have it.
Omg you had me worried since you didn't pont for a month 😅
Glad your ok😊
Hi!! Would you recommend using nature’s miracle bird cage cleaner?? I’m not sure how safe it really is and I don’t want to cause any harm to my birds 😊 (I have two conures)
Could you do more videos about your bunnies?I would love to get to know them more!
Hi Elle! Can I clean my bird cage if my tub is cleaned with Clorox products?
Thank your for this video, all your videos have been super helpful.
I clean by bird cage everyday so I don't have to do so many extreme washes. I normally wipe everything down overly well once a month. But I change out the paper every day, take wet paper towels and wipe off the grate everyday.
All ur birds are so cute 🥰🥰🥰
How often should you change the newspaper on the bottom? I will only have 1 cockatiel. Thank you
