- Painting graffiti on the highway can be a rush for those with the courage to take the risk. One of the most thrilling parts of highway spots is the rush as you approach the wall. You can hear each car flying past you and you know that they’re going far too fast to stop so suddenly, however, there’s always a chance. A chance one person might slam on their breaks, and it’s for this reason the people in today’s video keep their guard up as they paint.

Throwies are dope. A quick way to show off a small piece of art
Throwies are really dope for sure. Some people are ridiculously good at them
Its definently a staple to graffiti along with tags
you should talk more about regional styles, idk what it is specifically but sometimes i’ll see a throw or tag and i’ll know exactly where they are from even if i don’t know them
yo man! i just wanted to tell you that because of you, my confidence increased & my toyness decreased. thx!! :D
haha thats awesome to hear man, glad you're feeling great about your art, thats the important part! We should love what we do, toy or not.
The thumbnail is the video i watched before this one lol
Hi, my name is cris and I been doing graffiti for 1-2w now, and I don’t know if I should go out and practice my tag on the streets or if I should just get better at it and then do it, but for me tagging outside keeps me motivated.
Despite the series, I never recommend doing graffiti Illegally. Its simply not at all worth it and in 99% of cases only turns out bad for you. And in the off chance it does something good, the positives don't out weight the negatives
lol I saw the go vid of the high piece and its from a flash drive someone found and I guess they're submitting it to Jon now ahaha
Lol wait really? That's a shame, much rather have the original artist submit work themselves
@@Theartistblock im pretty sure maybe they got the footage back- sick video also
Dudes need to hit the books before hitting some of these spots fr
Does the book only talk about tags? Im really keen on buying it but I feel like I wanna do more throw-ups and pieces, and from the previews you show I feel like its only tags.
We specifically tried to avoid putting "tag" in the title because the book is about the general fundamentals of ALL graffiti. Inside the book we do use tags and basic print font to teach all of these fundamentals and we do this only because tags are the simplest and easiest form of graffiti but all of this information applies 100% to throwies and pieces. This books information is key for throwies and pieces
@@TheartistblockI’m actually having a hard time paying attention to the book lol. I have two types of adhd and it is soo hard to listen. If I applied myself I could be great but I just can’t lol
@@Theartistblock Is it a revamped version of the Beginners bundle? Cuz from what Im seing I think I'll buy the Bundle...
@@mr.banana5627 no it's a completely seperate book with its own unique information. Before you purchase anything, shoot me an email directly jongrim219@gmail.com
Think of the bundle book as starter guide that more so focuses on basic techniques to help your pieces get a jump start. You'll learn how to get started with basic pieces, you'll learn drop shadow, basic 3d, 1 point perspective and realistic shading.
The ultimate graffiti guide book is 100%pure fundamentals. It teaches the science behind graffiti in general and all of the info can be applied to tags throwies and pieces.
New to graffiti, any movies/documentaries to get to know the history better?
san francisco - Piece by Piece
NY - style wars
europe- dirty hands
Hi Guys and Jon i have a little problem because i picked a the Name Trane for my Graffiti but now i found out that its from a Game Character of an Graffiti Game named Getting Up what should i do
I know he becomes a legend in the game but video game characters aren't actually legends in real life. The name is up for grabs
@@Theartistblock
Thanks, I had a bad feeling about it because the Writer that designed the Graffitis worked hard for it
Ci sarà una traduzione in italiano per il libro?
non al momento, ma posso esaminarlo. scusate il linguaggio volgare, sto usando google traduttore
Is Doom a legend?
