Are Graffiti Artists Cowards Nowadays or Legends?

Graffiti is all about getting your name up in public as much as possible, and often times that means you're putting a lot on the line when tagging. Today I want to talk about whether or not graffiti artists have become cowards over the years. While writers in the past used to take risks just to hit the best spots in graffiti, now writers stay home and hit their iPads, or hit chill spots and post it online.
