These muffins are perfect for breakfast or a nutritious snack, especially for those following a healthy diet or aiming to lose weight.
Ingredients:
✔ 1 ripe banana
✔ 2 chicken eggs
✔ 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
✔ 2 tsp vanilla extract
✔ 1 tsp baking powder
✔ 100 g (1 cup) oats
✔ 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
1️⃣ Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until smooth.
2️⃣ Add the eggs and mix well.
3️⃣ Add Greek yogurt, vanilla, and baking powder, then mix again.
4️⃣ Blend the oats into fine flour and add to the batter.
5️⃣ Add the chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
6️⃣ Fill muffin liners about 70-80% full.
7️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
