Oh nice, we were eating oysters in Whitstable back in october of 2022. They are superb with a framboos lambic (De Cam for example). Just a few drops of that in your oyster, yum.

Reached in to remove some goodies for a second jar. I'm definitely going to buy your upcoming books. I used one of your recipes last week for your Nando's style sauce. Absolutely fantastic. Even my son, he's 25, who hasn't been keen on chillis has used it on practically every meal since 👍 I wouldn't have believed it if i hadn't seen it! On a slightly seperate note the plant's I've grown this year from your seeds using your compost mix are absolutely outstanding and I'll be getting another order in for next year without a doubt. Thanks so much!
