  • Get a peek behind the scenes of my hot sauce business. I show you my semi-automatic pneumatic bottle filling machines, as well as try out a new gadget to try automate the process using a conveyor belt.
    As my business has grown, I have gone through a few different methods and machines....from using a funnel, to a smaller pneumatic filler....and now these machines. I am pretty happy with my setup now, to go any bigger would require a LOT more space.

      I was really excited when I saw this video, then I saw that you didn’t even bottle any hot sauce, just water. Maybe make a video when you actually use the product for hot sauce? This feels half baked.

    Nice setup Shaun! That looks like a good way to bring enjoyment to the bottling end of the sauce cycle. I would expect nothing less by the way, going back to when you started your automation channel. These high tech do dads are good I suppose, as long as the do dad follows the mind of its operator. Here I am still low tech. Even better than that, I didnt have to shovel yesterday's snowfall off the steps... it melted. lol See you tomorrow morning. Stay Spicy! -Bob...

    Hi, love the videos. Your my inspiration and this year is my first year growing chillis, I have them all inside at the moment under grow lights, I also brought a poly carbonate greenhouse and went out there today as have seedlings for the allotment growing and temp inside was 39 degrees, that's way to hot isn't it? Any ideas I can do to cool it down so I can grow my chillis inside the greenhouse as they will be going out soon. Thanks in advance

    • @ChilliChump
      @ChilliChump  Місяць тому

      Hi Wayne, thank you for watching! For your greenhouse, you will need to ventilate. At the least there should be a window on the roof you can open, that will bring the temps down. If it also has side vents/louvres, then open those too, that will allow cooler air to come in through the sides, and evacuate the warmer air out the top.

    When you’re filling your bottles, I assume the hopper is filled with just finished pasteurized sauce. If it is will you not have a problem with volume shrinkage from your present tdc. After the bottle is caped ( in the automated system)
