Until the 20230830 version of the firmware, you guys had introduced on RICOEL's official UA-cam that we could change the start logo ourselves, but from the 20231202 version of the firmware, we suddenly can't change the start logo ourselves. It's very troublesome. Is there no way for us to change the start logo ourselves?

@@ricoel But do not install the newest update!!! This is a trick! If you do that, you can´t change the Boot Logo anymore by yourself with the TF Card. They know this of course, but didn´t tell they locked this option in the firmare. And wenn you ask for the old firmware you won´t get it.
It's very disturbing that with former firmware versions, we could customize the logo by ourselves, without any form of extra fee, and now we have to pay for it (about $16). You removed a feature from the baseset, to make us pay for it elsewhere. That's ugly. I've just bought a C7 II, and am considering sending it back for this only reason.

If the C7 was produced after July 2023, the logo resolution should be 1024x600 pixel.

If you bought from our store, we can customize the startup image free. But this image cannot violate any third party copy right.
