I have to say, this is one of the better videos on RS457 riding, as most of the idiots who got this bike ride like complete maniacs. You are giving this beast of a bike the due respect by having full riding gear and riding responsibly. Loved how you stuck to your lane at all time and how calculated each overtake was and not impulsive. Also not getting triggered by the fact that someone passed you, you didnt try to race them. Only if we had more of such rider content we would have less chappri's risking other peoples lives. Keep it us sir!!

I'm glad i got this video on my feed! Saw a good motorcyclist enjoying his machine with skill. (I don't know where you have mounted your mic, would suggest to mount/fasten it near rear seat. gives great audio.)
Thank you so much! I have mounted the mic in my bagpack as it avoids the wind noise. Keeping it near the rear seat is a good idea when your exhaust is loud. Sadly for stock exhaust, you'll get a lot of wind noise and a lot less exhaust sound
Bro what’s the audio setup for this ? Your video is a pure asmr engine and exhaust sound no nonsense! Loved it , please do share how to setup since I don’t vlog to talk !
It's okay, I'm willing to make that sacrifice. It influences people to ride beyond their skills, resulting in accidents or worse. Eveyone starts thinking about how I can be faster that this guy, that guy. Which is fine for race tracks, not so much for the streets. We already have way too many people influencing bad motorcycling habits to youngsters who aren't very well versed or experienced I don't intend go join that list
Planning on buying one. Would love your insights on a few things. 1. Is the gearbox really clunky or can it be lived with without the fear of something happening to it? 2. What are your thoughts on the build material and finish of the bike? Asking mainly about nuts/bolts, fittings, any rattling or loose pieces and gaps in frames? 3. Brakes 4. Left lean and its fix Thank you.
The lines you were taking for the left and right hand curves were pretty good. I am trying to practise these lines as well. Good to see someone riding for themselves and not being a danger to others. Also, I am considering this bike and your honest feedback on how comfortable this bike would be for day long highway rides would be quite helpful. I am in two minds to get this in the next few months or wait for the tuareg 457.
Ayy thanks a lot sir Regarding feedback, I was onto naked bikes more. Had Duke 390 earlier. So RS457 wasn't really on my mind, I had tuono as first preference, but I also wanted to do some track days so tried my hands on this. First 1.5k km was difficult. But post that it is really good. Suspension is on stiffer side. Although you can adjust the preload to make it a bit soft. You have to know how to properly sit on sport bikes to actually be comfortable on these. And it's also dependent on your fitness. I would be taking the bike for a long ride soon, so will probably be able to talk after that. Till now I've done 300km in a day, and it's fine as long as roads are good. Bad roads will instantly cause you back pain, and you'll need more frequent stops.. So if you want to stick with roads for touring and don't mind slight discomfort you can go with this. Tuareg will take a year at least to come. You could also look at tuono as good balance between the two.
@@Aniruddha_98 Thank you for the detailed feedback. What you took the time write is very valuable. Yeah, Tuareg looks like it will start becoming available in 2026. Will check out the Tuono. I had an NS200 with Pirelli tyres for sometime. Loved the engine and the handling. Did 500km days on good roads here in TN. Then while I was in Mumbai for a few years, had a super painful experience riding just to Lonavala and back due to the constant bad roads. My poor pillion was in a worse condition. Switched to Himalayan for pillion comfort and long distance touring after reading so much about it online. No one talks about the super annoying engine clatter and other issues though. I also realised that I was wanting more performance. Not for doing stupid speeds. Just good performance in legal speeds. While sportsbikes are not really my thing, the RS457 did smash that. However, the prospect of the Tuareg is also exciting. Like you said Tuono might be a good balance. Thank you again!
