What would ben great they let him take on David von Erich. But Fritz was so not let it happen . he knew what it be like.just like he never wanted do Kevin versus Kerry. Which could saved wccw.
@@diablo666541 Had the boys lived, in-fighting angles would've worked... in the 90s. But there's no way they'd gone over in the 80's. There were a lot factors that brought down World Class. Obviously the Von Erich tragedies. But there was also Brody's murder, Hernandez's death and Fritz's falling out with Gary Hart. All of these were huge factors as well.

Good god. Just look how imposing Brody was at this point in his career. That is the last man on earth you would want to start trouble with. He was a legend and an icon. Rest in Peace Bruiser Brody. ❤
WOW What an All-Time main event! In his prime Bruiser Brody and a just at the end og prime Nick Bockwinkle who still never lost a step wrestling till 57 years old!
He was there in the late 70s. Probably Coulda had a brief run on top with Hogan in the mid 80s if he was more cooperative. If he lived to the 90s they probably would’ve made him the Berzerker
@@MrRyan-wu4jx excellent points! your right he was hard to deal with but smart in dealing with janky promoters would definitely be their top heel he was almost a tweener people cheered him too
Hey look I’m not trying to argue or anything but Hogan wasn’t a little guy by the way. In fact Hogan was probably a little bit bigger than Brody if you’re keeping it real. But you know it’s scripted don’t you? And if you was a promoter you would book Hogan to go over Brody also. If not you wouldn’t be in business long with your company. Hogan had more charisma than anybody you ever seen at that time. He was the biggest draw more than anybody ever in the history of wrestling at that time.
Es verdad quizas lo asesinaron . Pero en verdad su leyenda nunca acabará. Es el mejor luchador de todos los tiempos duela a quien le duela. Descansa en paz gran Brody.
Paul was actually the legendary promoter in Houston. He was a BIG guy.....OVER 6 foot. As a young man he had been a wrestler himself. Nick may have been the GREATEST professional wrestler who ever lived. His Dad Warren had been a star wrestler in LA........Nick went to UCLA and followed in Dad's footsteps.......Nick is at the top with Lou Thesz, Verne Gagne, Buddy Rogers and Ric Flair. Throw in Dory Funk Jr, Jack Brisco, Bob Backlund, Antonio Rocca, Eduard Carpentier, Ray Stevens, etc........the best ever.........Bruiser was a showman like Abdullah the Butcher or George 'The Animal,' Steele. They were NOT real wrestlers per se.........but were huge attractions......In the squared circle Nick was afraid of NO one!!!!!
Great promo. Another reason Brody is one of my all time favorites. Convincing promo. Short and sweet.
i agree! they didnt need some horse shit "story lines" that dragged on for weeks. You come out, talk some shit and then you get it on in the ring!
I love how Brody always acknowledged and gave credit to the fans.
Legends never die they couldn’t kill the legend of Brody awesome promo
Casual fans FORGET that Bruiser Brody was a FACE throughout most of Texas. He was a BIG ally of the Von Erich family. He KNEW how to deliver a promo!

You hit the nails on the head, my friend. Very well said.
“Titles cannot change hands on a disqualification in the state of Texas. And this is a state law.” Love this!! 🤣😂😅
Stupid politics getting in the way of fair competition.
I love these style promos that never stutter, never go off topic and get to the damn point.
King of hardcore wrestling and promos
Anyone notice that arm looking like a lethal weapon? Looks like a killing machine
Another awesome wrestler miss him dearly
This is a promo. This should be played in a classroom with every WWE wrestler right now. It was fluid, it was believable, it was perfectly executed.
It was okay. It wasn’t up there with a Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes, or Arn Anderson promo.

@@rogeredmonds373 They didnt need a whole lot of context or an excuse or built up storyline to get it on in the ring!! thats how it should be!!
Brody was a great package.
I miss Bruiser Brody
One of my favorite wrestlers growing up
I Also Liked Bruiser Brody.I Remember When He Returned To WCCW As Red River Jack.
I would love to be in that crowd to see Brody and Bockwinkel in a No DQ match!
to be a monster he was intelligent and articulate

This man has huge hands.R.I.P Brody
I thought he'd be grunting and making noises.

Dear lord, no one wrote this no one give him notes. Brody was a man... Guys today all look the same
Brody was a beast in the 80s.
Brody was a bad ass renegade.
Moves like the macho man
Brody could had won any kind of belt even a world title.so sad we lose him in '88.
"It's state law." 😂
Brody was before my time, I expected his voice to be deeper than that, it's fairly high
my gawd if brody went to wwe

Paul Boesch talks way too much at the end.
Bruiser Brody Should Be In The WWE Hall Of Fame.
Brody v the buckaroos no holds barred.. what handicap oh yeah buckaroos bring some of your mates!!!.
THIS MAN IS HUGE.AND HE CAN BACKUP, EVERYTHING HE SAYS.
R.I.P. Frank Goodish!
I don't see any signs of anabolic steroids use on Bruiser Brody. his physique looks natural doesn't have that shoestring look to the muscle.
Brody would have destroyed Hogan in the ring...his arms were real! no steroids!
...yet Hogan would have went over since he was a much bigger draw and much bigger star than Brody ever was.

wow, that did not sound like thew voice i remember--but ok still!!!
This interviewer is horrendous, but man Brody was the man… Oddly enough, his promos always reminded me of Charles Manson.
Better than Michael Cole though. Haha.
That's Paul Boesch by the way.
LMAO he's barely taller than Paul Boesch, and Nick was supposed to be afraid of him? One of the most overrated wrestler of all time.
