I purchased a stainless steel star lock washer instead of using the tie wrap. That is the way it should have been installed at the factory

Have any solution for the door glass falling forward and jaming up when you put the window up?

Damn I've got 18000km on the first x1100c before manure on the exhaust burnt it to the ground and we are at 16000km on the 2019. About 1400hrs and neither have done any more than loose inner door handle. The first door got buckled driving backwards with the door open and it's a metal door and was able to bend it back enough for the door to latch shut. The older 1100 had a plastic door and a cute little window that would slide back. Try bending the slid brackets so it hugs the window tighter

I just started assembling these doors and that plastic cap coming off is an issue on some units when we assemble the doors and prevents the lock from functioning, I wonder what a better solution would be to prevent this.

Heat the metal up with a torch and bend it. I just got to get some acetylene for the torches at the family farm.
