Hey, you should mention that FORscan is mostly for vehicles from 2009 and up... At least for any modifications. Right now, I have a hard time finding a way to enable the cruise control on my 2008 F-150. I can connect, and I can "modify" or configure the ABS (AS BUILT ONLY) and the Restraint system.

You’ve misunderstood me or I didn’t ask the question right, do you program your vehicles using a battery charger attached to the vehicle so that when you connect the Elm327 you don’t brick the computer? Or do you program with the vehicle running?

Hello I really want to get forscan to change a few things on my 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. The issue I have is everyone is having real issues finding a spreadsheet for a 2016 Ford Escape, I do not want to spend the money if there is no spreadsheet for a 2016 Ford Escape. Does anyone know if there is a spreadsheet for this vehicle? Thanks in advance for the help.
It needs to be specific to that model. Some settings may be the same, but not something you want to risk. Connect to your vehicle and you will be able to see the module settings you can change

As built is for anyone willing to risk making numerical changes to their module settings for a certain end result. The same result you can achieve by just selecting what you wish to change in the module selection
I'm awaiting approval now, is there one for a 2005 superduty and 2017 transits? Do you know what that "unlimited key" option in the PATS screens is, is that a PATS disable function??

Can you do a PATS function video? For example, I bought a used F-150, I have 2 keys, but the computer says there's 3. So there's some random key out there that can open and start my truck. How would I use PATS to associate ONLY my 2 on hand keys to the truck? Anything like that? The dealer wants $150 to do this. This guy here ua-cam.com/video/zHL6anpO0x4/v-deo.html shows just how fast it is (about 20 mins TBH), but he's not using forscan. I'm not brave enough to just do it without at least attempting to find a video. The forums still leave me a little leery.
@@AutoDad I'll stay tuned. I'm pretty sure forscan can do it, but most posts I've found are of people doing some other thing ALONG with that so they tend to include other steps that I'm not sure are part of the rekey process or part of their secondary or tertiary problem solving.

I use an ELM 327 off of Amazon. I think it was about $25 it has a high and medium speed switch

For the c max I would check the forum. I have not heard of one being done, but the module settings are changeable just like any other vehicle

No, that's all in the ECU
It’s set at 76. I feel like that should be adjustable.
