It's basically kebab meat cut into a '2' symbol rotating on a propane gas radiant plaque kebab grill and flames added using a propane gas ring with the air starved to create a yellow flame with a sooty smoky tip, which is turned up and down like a cooker, using a variable pressure propane gas regulator at the cylinder.
