It is very satisfying to see Trask squirm. Another of my favorite scenes as Dawson grabs Trask and shakes him and tells him he WILL continue his testimony.
Humbert's talent is amazing. No one could have played Charles Dawson so effectively. He is not often appreciated as Dawson and as Evan Hanley but he plays all 3 characters with the greatest enthusiasm .
Definitely. The first I saw him on D.S. was as Evan Hanley. Then Nicholas Blair, which was his longest role, then Charles Dawson. He did put a lot of himself into playing those 3 characters.
I think HAA attended law school before becoming an actor. However, Mr. Astredo apparently did not enjoy the Socratic method or the Uniform Commercial Code while he was a law student. Although, HAA does sound like he enjoyed portraying an attorney in these scenes; he sounds like a unique combination of F. Lee Bailey and Marcia Clark.
Wow, surprisingly Barnabas suddenly appears in court to testify. Both Dawson & Trask are astonished & shocked. My guess is correct. Angelique/Valerie & Julia got together & rescued him. YAY! So Barnabas would testify & defend Quentin. Seems like Trask is afraid of Barnabas.
Here's a little Limerick that I think you might enjoy: In number nine, Penwiper Mews, There is most astonishing news. They've found a head in the box for the bread, And nobody seems to know whose! This was written by Bennet Cerf, in the 20th century. ~Janet in Canada

Lamar Trask needs a Xanax or a Zoloft to chill out.
Lamar looked like he discovered he pooped, in his pants, when Barnabas came in that courtroom!
STAND FAST professor Strokes from the Future has appeared in ancient times among them!!!
9:28 Barnabas Collins returns
13:34-15:21 Barnabas vs Trask
BUT HOLD! Professor Stokes is in their midst!!!
Yay! Who wouldn't love the professor!
@11:04, Lamar looks like he's about to in his pants!

@@kensellers4082 I did not know that. Thank you.
Humbert plays piano, too. Pity there is only a brief moment when he does so as the mighty warlock, Nicholas Blair.
